Axiom Eco-Pest Control is a DISHONEST company using bait & switch tactics. They have a fast talking…read moresalesman in our area who promises what you want to hear but the company doesn't deliver. Their prices are exorbitant, which they conceal during the short, intense sales process during which they do not reveal the facts. Very very dishonest. They have a very high cancellation fee of $300 which is not disclosed in the sales process. They don't show you the contract in adnance or even tell you there is one until the salesman shoves a piece of technology in your face to sign so that you don't have the chance to read it. They don't go over it with you in a way that anyone could understand because the salesman is so fast talking. When you call to cancel they tell you that the contract is non-cancellable unless you're willing to pay their exorbitant fee of $300 to $400. They appear to target elders. When the guy showed up to do the first application, he didn't listen to my request for a debrief before he left and and he was gone so fast that I have no idea what he actually did even though I asked him for the debrief with me before he left. They wanted me to leave my property gate unlocked so that he could come in and leave without my even knowing it, which I refused to do. They have absolutely no regard for their customers or their needs. I agree with the other reviews: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!'!!!!!

He quoted me a price of $350 to do all this (Derrick quoted $550, but never completed even a fraction of the work.) After Action finished he said the job was super fast and easy, and $350 was not justified. He only charged us $225! That is a good businessman, someone with integrity who I would highly recommend! Even when you clearly explain the pest problem upfront, they insist on sending someone out just to "take a look," which can take weeks. After that, the actual treatment appointment is scheduled weeks or even months later -- and often gets rescheduled due to vague or unforeseen reasons. The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited. Meanwhile, the pest problem remains unresolved. If you're looking for timely, proactive pest control, this approach feels more like a tactic to avoid service than to provide it.

It was so difficult to cancel - you could never get through to anyone. They just kept taking your information again and said they would pass the information along. Email was no use either. It should have taken less than 10 minutes to do on 1 attempt but I ended up having to call them over 6 times and emailed 4 separate times. They are BEYOND incompetent in customer service issues. I felt totally trapped and can see how they get customers to stay on because it's too hard to cancel. Do NOT do business with this company.
