Erick is the one who was able to come out. I was stung on Sat. They were not open on weekends... but he came out on Monday and walked slowly into the exact area I had been attacted! I call him the ee whisperer... because they don't seem to fear him! If only they knew... right? Anyways he found the hole And shot a good stream of very leathal extra strong chemical intplo it. Also about a foot around that hole too. I just turned off watering In that area. He said usually 3 days, but a week to be sure. I am so lucky that it was me that was stung and not my little dog or the new stray cat. Highly highly recommend them. Also 2 years ago when I was attacked by bald faced hornets, their venom is more like a rattlesnake. Very very strong! When I called the Bug man that time, the young man on the phone has a degree in entiminology? Aka bugs. I told hom I got a sudden wave of nausea and felt the room spinning. When I woke up, I couldn't move. Paralyzed from neck down. My phone was still on the counter and my throat was swellInh shut. I was in anaphyletic shock! He stayed on the phone with me and just kept repeating... I have dialed 911 and medics are on their way. Over and over again. My veins had collapsed and there was no epipen on the medics truck??? But they had injectable benadryl. After several hours in ER, the DR. Told me I had less then 5 more mins to live. He said if that Bug man had not responded with a call tp 911... I would be dead! So once again. I cannot recommend this company enough. I believe they charge $125 to come and remove the nests. 2 years ago I had 5 nest!!! These guys are the best of the best for bugs that can kill you.

From one star to four! will update my review once some attempts at fixing the situation have been made by this company. I have ant problems at my home, it's older and even though we are super freaking clean we get ants. As silly as it sounds I have a phobia of ants and this want them effing gone! After trying everything under the sun before my landlord would get an exterminator I was sooo happy he got one. However, I would know how the service is since last Monday was our appointment we made around work schedules and no one sprayed anything! The sales guy advised us if it was okay with our landlord after he paid we could sign the paperwork for him. Our landlord said he'd prefer that and so we waited for the exterminator who came out just to tell us we couldn't have service until the landlord signed it. Cool no worries we will have him sign it (even though told otherwise but I get it!). Landlord signed it around 12:30pm that day, a few hours after appointment but we had to go to work and were advised by the exterminator our account manager would call to reschedule us. No call that day (Monday), Tuesday or Wednesday. I call Wednesday mid day and was told we will send a message you your account manager, nothing again. Thursday comes, I call and am told the same thing! I call again Saturday no answer, fine it's the weekend. I call 20minutes ago and I'm yet again told my account manager will call you to schedule an appointment, we're so sorry and will send another message. We shall see!
