I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm, attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Integrity as its best. Brandon represented his company as a five star employee. Thank you Good Earth Pest Company Basilio Miranda

I dropped the blower and ran to house they followed me inside. 9 stings that I could count. Call 911 and got help. Used my epi pen too. Ended up in ER. Then I called, "Ask the BUG man". Erick is the one who was able to come out. I was stung on Sat. They were not open on weekends... but he came out on Monday and walked slowly into the exact area I had been attacted! I call him the ee whisperer... because they don't seem to fear him! If only they knew... right? Anyways he found the hole And shot a good stream of very leathal extra strong chemical intplo it. Also about a foot around that hole too. I just turned off watering In that area. He said usually 3 days, but a week to be sure. I am so lucky that it was me that was stung and not my little dog or the new stray cat. Highly highly recommend them. Also 2 years ago when I was attacked by bald faced hornets, their venom is more like a rattlesnake. Very very strong! When I called the Bug man that time, the young man on the phone has a degree in entiminology? Aka bugs. I told hom I got a sudden wave of nausea and felt the room spinning. When I woke up, I couldn't move. Paralyzed from neck down. My phone was still on the counter and my throat was swellInh shut. I was in anaphyletic shock! He stayed on the phone with me and just kept repeating... I have dialed 911 and medics are on their way. Over and over again. My veins had collapsed and there was no epipen on the medics truck??? But they had injectable benadryl. After several hours in ER, the DR. Told me I had less then 5 more mins to live. He said if that Bug man had not responded with a call tp 911... I would be dead! So once again. I cannot recommend this company enough. I believe they charge $125 to come and remove the nests. 2 years ago I had 5 nest!!! These guys are the best of the best for bugs that can kill you.

From one star to four! will update my review once some attempts at fixing the situation have been made by this company. I have ant problems at my home, it's older and even though we are super freaking clean we get ants. As silly as it sounds I have a phobia of ants and this want them effing gone! After trying everything under the sun before my landlord would get an exterminator I was sooo happy he got one. However, I would know how the service is since last Monday was our appointment we made around work schedules and no one sprayed anything! The sales guy advised us if it was okay with our landlord after he paid we could sign the paperwork for him. Our landlord said he'd prefer that and so we waited for the exterminator who came out just to tell us we couldn't have service until the landlord signed it. Cool no worries we will have him sign it (even though told otherwise but I get it!). Landlord signed it around 12:30pm that day, a few hours after appointment but we had to go to work and were advised by the exterminator our account manager would call to reschedule us. No call that day (Monday), Tuesday or Wednesday. I call Wednesday mid day and was told we will send a message you your account manager, nothing again. Thursday comes, I call and am told the same thing! I call again Saturday no answer, fine it's the weekend. I call 20minutes ago and I'm yet again told my account manager will call you to schedule an appointment, we're so sorry and will send another message. We shall see!

I was pleased so I contacted UPC for a second time when I discovered a RAT problem. This time the owner came out, sold me an overpriced $500 "rat service." Instead of his competent employees, he did the work, such as it was, himself. The package included four visits to check the traps and dispose of any dead rats. The first visit was as promised. The second was a no show. I had to call them to get them to come out. One more was a no show and when I called again to have him check the traps, I reached the owner who told me he was sick. I had to call again and tell them to make the fourth call and remove the traps. I never saw the owner--he must have come and gone without letting me know he was even here. A few months later a work man was in the crawl space and found rat's nests, traps, and another dead rat. I believe now that the owner never came to take away the traps and left the dead rat to decompose. I tried on four occasions to reach the owner to discuss the situation, but he never returned my calls. Avoid this company if you want competent, effective, honest, responsible service without paying for calls that don't occur.
