I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. This year we've been dealing with a major rat infestation, thanks to our neighbor who has chickens. Lee has been on the problem from the start putting out multiple bait traps (very successfully) and when we found rats in the garage, he went all out, putting traps out and bait along with finding where they are coming into the garage and recommending how to fix those areas so they can't come back.

From one star to four! will update my review once some attempts at fixing the situation have been made by this company. I have ant problems at my home, it's older and even though we are super freaking clean we get ants. As silly as it sounds I have a phobia of ants and this want them effing gone! After trying everything under the sun before my landlord would get an exterminator I was sooo happy he got one. However, I would know how the service is since last Monday was our appointment we made around work schedules and no one sprayed anything! The sales guy advised us if it was okay with our landlord after he paid we could sign the paperwork for him. Our landlord said he'd prefer that and so we waited for the exterminator who came out just to tell us we couldn't have service until the landlord signed it. Cool no worries we will have him sign it (even though told otherwise but I get it!). Landlord signed it around 12:30pm that day, a few hours after appointment but we had to go to work and were advised by the exterminator our account manager would call to reschedule us. No call that day (Monday), Tuesday or Wednesday. I call Wednesday mid day and was told we will send a message you your account manager, nothing again. Thursday comes, I call and am told the same thing! I call again Saturday no answer, fine it's the weekend. I call 20minutes ago and I'm yet again told my account manager will call you to schedule an appointment, we're so sorry and will send another message. We shall see!
