My experience with Triple T Pest Control is one week old now and I am very happy to take a few minutes and write something that may help you make a decision about what pest control service you choose. The reason I called Triple T has to do with some yellow jackets that decided it might be a good idea for them to nest in the exhaust vent/duct of the unused JennAir grill that is part of my kitchen range. Tim has been professionally responsible and personable in all of the communications we've had, both in-person and by phone. He has been prompt to arrive and efficient with his time while here. I was charged what I think to have been a very reasonable price for the service he rendered at the time of his initial visit. He's been by twice more to zap the most hardy hive-dwellers and has not charged me for either of those follow-up calls. I've been using Triple T for a three years now. Can't speak highly enough of Tim's dependable and friendly service. I wanted help controlling ants and mice, but didn't want to harm my pets or the environment around my home. The plan that works best for me is to have Tim perform regular maintenance every couple months. So he reaches out to me by phone or text, ask about anything I might be noticing (like the tiny ants that used to show up seasonally in my kitchen) and shows up on schedule to check on any activity, replace the paper glue traps, treat around the foundation and brush under the eves. Tim removed a wasp nest with very angry wasps inside. He came very promptly, was very friendly, did a great job, and came back the next day to see if everything was still good. His charge for this service was very reasonable. We called on Tim again for an inspection of the outside of two buildings that had a small amount of tiny entry holes. He knew right away what was boring the tiny holes which was not termites but instead a non-invasive little type of wasp that could be stopped by spraying the holes with simple can of bug spray. He saw no evidence of termites after inspecting not only the two buildings but all of our buildings. This was welcome news. Tim was AWESOME!!! AAA+ Best pleasant business person to work with! He was quite busy this time of season with the mice infestation. He called us back the same day in the evening. Such excellent service even after hours! He then told us what to do to prepare us for his appointment which was booked out 2-weeks because he was so busy. He then called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and went through with his services very thoroughly. I just have to say that this is a terrific pest control company. Easy to work with and efficient. Tim came and listened to our problem (ants & a rat). He went to work and checked the whole house. He gave us a good quote and set up appointments to remedy the problems. On top of that, he discovered a leak in our crawlspace, and we avoided a major repair with his diligence. I called Tim out to do an inspection and couldn't be happier with his professionalism and helpfulness. He showed me where I need to make some improvements to vents and places where pipes came through foundation, just to tighten up things to keep pests out. He even offered to come back and install the vent covers if I was having trouble getting them up by myself! A person this kind and easy going is hard to find. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is always on time and efficient. He discovered rat problems in both the attic and crawl space and then discovered the entry points for both. His cost is reasonable and he was able to build over seven custom galvanized screens and a new crawlspace cover/door in two days. In his follow-up visits he was always on time and quick. I had a reoccurring issue with mice/rats at my house. Twice I used a different local pest management company. They were more focused on providing an ongoing service, not actually solving the issue. Tim was able to point out issues on his first visit that the other guys missed month after month after month. He focused on solving the problem, not just poisoning everything over and over.
