When I arrived, I was told the quote was incorrect and that it was actually going to be ~$180. I paid, left and received a call after a few hours informing me they would not be able to balance my tires since they could not remove my center caps and asked how to proceed. I told them to continue with mounting the tires and asked if I could come back another time for a balance if I removed the center caps at home and brought the truck back without them. I wanted to be very careful, as these center caps are part of a rare collector's set of wheels and tires. About an hour later, I picked up my truck and drove it home. Upon, arriving at home I noticed the drivers side center caps were missing. I then checked the passenger side caps and was able to screw them off very easily by hand. I called back to clarify my confusion, since I was told they were not able to remove the caps. I was informed they were actually able to remove the caps and get the tires balanced. I never received an update regarding this. I then asked if they had the missing caps to swing by and pick them up, but they informed me they likely didn't tighten them enough and that the caps had fallen off on the way home. They did try to rectify the issue and order me new center caps but were unable to find them. I spent ~2 hours combing the street and sidewalk on my route home to try to find them, but no luck. I also have been unable to find replacements, as these are extremely rare. I am overall unsatisfied with this outcome and frustrated, as these rare wheels are expensive and an important part of a build I've worked on for years. With no way to source a replacement, I am stuck with damages and expenses caused from my visit. Additionally, missing center caps on this set significantly reduces the market/resale value, as they are discontinued. I would recommend going elsewhere, especially if you have expensive or rare wheels/tires you care about. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

After giving them the long list of things I wanted done they gave the car a full inspection before starting any service. They emailed me a breakdown of everything that needed to be done with pictures and explanations on why. After the work began they didn't quite have it finished by the end of the day as they had estimated. I wasn't surprised considering they were changing the timing belt, flushing all fluids, doing a tune up, plus some other stuff. It was a ton of work. They ended up staying late and extra hour and a half to finish the car that night. Sadly, I was unable to pick it up that late and had to wait until the next day anyway. The cost is right in line with what I expected. But I don't want cheap, if it's cheap they're taking shortcuts or trying to scam you. I also don't want to pay a premium. I think Cole's has hit the right balance. I'm very impressed with the overall service and will be going back.

At first it was difficult to get on their schedule (which I believe is a good sign for an auto repair specialist). Recently I had been to a local mechanic who did not put the correct oil in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After driving a couple thousand miles, I decided to get on the schedule at Cole's to have them look things over and change the oil again. Also, I had an annoying check engine light that would come on and then go off right before I was able to get in to have it checked. This time the light was still on at the time of my appointment. I dropped my car off when they first opened at 9:30 am. I heard from them again around lunch time after they were able to run the diagnostics and change the oil. One thing I love about Cole's is they will send you a text with a link to a report. The report includes their necessary and recommended services based on the diagnostics and it includes relevant pictures so you can see for yourself what is being discussed. They found my check engine issue and my car was ready to pick up the same day. A couple months down the road, they sent me a follow up text reminding me of some of the recommendations that I didn't have done before. I had them replace my rear suspension which was noticeably warn while driving. Again, I was in and out the same day. With each visit I have felt their pricing to be more than fair and did not feel pressured to do anything they recommended. On my way out I was explained their warranty which I thought was nice, but hoped I wouldn't need it. The next day I started hearing some noises in the rear suspension that were not there before they worked on it. I called and got back on the schedule. They could not replicate the sound I was hearing at first so I went back in and went on a drive with Brandon. A few yards outside of their parking lot the sound came back and Brandon agreed it was not right. They ordered a new replacement strut for me, got me back in a day or two later and fixed the sound under warranty for me. I don't know of any other auto repair place in town that offers that kind of service and peace of mind. I will be back for sure and I will not hesitate to recommend Cole's to my friends and family.

Sure enough, when I got the vehicle back, **the tires were still in the exact same positions. They were not rotated. This is now the **THIRD time** I've had this happen at this shop. My tires cost me roughly $2,000, so rotating them properly matters. I shouldn't have to mark my tires beforehand just to make sure a basic service I requested was actually performed.
