Long story short, I visited this office for various appointments three times over a three week span and all of the staff from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Shankeertha Sundaralingam were delightful. The office is clean and tidy throughout and has a television and mini fridge with water bottles for guests in the waiting area. They are currently collecting holiday letters for soldiers overseas offering stationary and pens to clients which is a nice touch. I loved how I'd ask questions and all of the staff answered them and took me through the process of treatments step-by-step. I look forward to returning in 6 months for my routine cleaning.

It's near the end of year, I need to get this done before insurance goes up. I called back to see how soon a cleaning can be scheduled. This next woman was rude and said she couldn't tell me anything until I've been seen. They all push deep cleaning, must be great $$$$. Looking for a more reasonable dental center.

They said okay well we can see you at 2pm if that's okay I said okay fine... so just to open my mouth and look inside took sitting in a chair waiting for 35 minutes.... I'm 28 weeks pregnant and they couldn't perform X-rays and I understand that but they looked inside and said I have a cavity from the "looks" of it and that I need a bite guard. I responded okay I'll look into it. The front office lady comes in with a $600+ bill saying this is the cost for today. NO MA'AM.... They haven't even done anything but open and look inside once and made that comment, there's no proof or anything to show that I have a cavity, she took one picture with a camera. I have had no complications, no pain, nothing.... I am going to be getting a second opinion elsewhere. She also said I needed braces and asked oh whoa what is that as the first thing coming out of her mouth when she saw me. I have pregnancy acne and a little scab on the side of my face due to dry skin in that area, because well pregnancy does things to you, but I mean I feel so self conscious now and want to hide under a rock.... Thanks for that. I feel they just wanted to take my money and didn't do a thorough job.

If they won't tell you the price, do not go! Or if it is really expensive like this office, shop around as there is nothing that special about any one dentist! Not like any of them have a golden dental pick! Finally, for "large jobs" plenty of qualified dentist offshore doing the work at pennies on the dollar! or peso, whatever the case may be!

Before every appointment I have to take valium (my husband has to take time off to drive me to and from appt), I keep my AirPods in at FULL volume, and even then I still find myself shaking, crying, and sometimes hyperventilating in the chair. Going to the dentist became my biggest fear as of 2016. This month, I had a few cavities that needed attention, and I cannot explain how much care and grace Dr. Tatyana and her assistant showed me. They checked on me constantly, kept me as comfortable as possible, and never once made me feel rushed or like a burden. What touched me the most was when Dr. Tatyana finished the work, she wrapped her arms around me in the most genuine, caring way -- a reminder that I was not just a patient, but a person she truly cared for.
