With an all female office, you immediately notice a difference when you walk in and it smells like the appropriate season. They always have a little candle burning. This visit was pink pineapple sunrise and last time in the winter it smelled like flannel weather. That along with beautiful furniture, recently painted calm grey walls, and even designer mirrors, all add to the vibe that this isn't some outdated office. Things like gloves and protective napkins are hot pink instead of white. And there is a legit good playlist of country music and easy going songs to help you relax. You might even get to catch an episode of shark week while your teeth get cleaned. The staff is very patient and takes their time to make sure they have quality work. The schedulers also are super helpful at following up to make sure you remember your appointments too! Absolutely awful business, constantly have more issues after a visit than I did before, and seriously? Why does it take 4+ times of giving me a "temporary solution" before you discuss permanent solutions with someone? I will say the ladies are kind, which was the only thing that kept encouraging me to go back, but when I'm told "they'll figure it out with my insurance" and then get over charged constantly even when I clarify that I need out the door prices to budget, that is a deal breaker for me especially when I'm in pain but too scared to go in out of fear of how much they're going to randomly charge me next!

Not only is Dr Tapnio all about his patients but he is also very comical, which I really loved. His staff is also top notch, including receptionist and Becky (Dental Hygienist). Becky was full of knowledge and super sweet, I was lucky to have been assigned to her and look forward to seeing her again. I also love how when you walk into the office it has an aromatic smell, which is relaxing, and can be nice especially if you are someone who gets nervous about doctor visits. The smell possibly comes from the extremely healthy living plants along the walls and table stands. I would highly recommend anyone needing a dentist or looking for a dentistry you can trust, PLEASE go by Beacon Dentistry!!
