When I first started going there, the staff was attentive and caring. Over time, however, I felt they became more focused on making money than providing quality patient care. Their attitude became arrogant, and the level of care declined significantly. This week, I went in for a routine dental cleaning. The hygienist immediately started taking X-rays without greeting me or explaining what she was doing. I had already had a full set of X-rays during my previous visit, so I asked whether they were really necessary. I also asked if I needed a protective lead apron. She seemed irritated and replied, "You don't need it, but you can have it anyway." She then continued taking the X-rays. After that, the dentist came in, examined my teeth for about five minutes, and left. The hygienist then used a water flosser and told me I was finished. There was no actual cleaning, no polishing, no scaling, and no discussion about scheduling my next cleaning. I expressed my concerns to the front desk before leaving. Unfortunately, no one apologized or addressed my concerns. They told me someone from the front office would call me, but I never received a call. I also had a root canal and crown done at this clinic. After the crown was placed, I experienced severe pain. When I returned two days later, they told me the crown had not been aligned properly and corrected it. While I appreciated that they fixed the issue, I was disappointed that there was no apology for the inconvenience and pain I experienced. Because of these experiences, I will never return to this clinic. One of my coworkers also had a disappointing experience. He told me that the office called him just 30 minutes before his appointment to cancel it. I'm surprised that a clinic built its reputation on its patients but now seems to show so little respect and care for them. In my opinion, patient care has declined significantly, and I can no longer recommend this practice.

Dr. Olavarria, who oversees all work done by student doctors did an excellent job. Dr Peterson, the first doctor, was incredible. He's graduated and in an Ortho practice. Then comes Dr Nairooz, whom has been amazingly kind and proficient. She completed the other half of Kristin's treatment and just got her into a retainer. I went to the practice to have some composites re-done. The front desk staff were able to fit me in on short notice and worked with my scheduling constraints. They responded immediately to all of my calls/texts; outstanding communication and professionalism! During my consultation, Dr. Nguyen was patient, spending time answering all of my questions and genuinely listening to and addressing my concerns. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated his attention to detail when creating a plan for my care. He not only spoke about my dental goals but also created a sound plan to manage my anxiety surrounding the procedure. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen and the staff made sure that I was comfortable. They gave me a fuzzy blanket to keep me warm while they worked on my teeth and a warm lavender towel when they were finished. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Dr. Nguyen made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I am so happy with my composites. Dr. Nguyen pays very close attention to detail; he created an individualized, natural-looking color and perfected the shape of each tooth. The practice has a lab on sight which allows the doctors to craft custom colors/shades for my composites, to create the perfect match. I feel confident in my smile. Dr. Nguyen followed up with me later that day to make sure I was feeling ok and followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the results.
