I'm so afraid of dental procedures that I was crying but Dr. Floro handled my drama like a champ. The numbing was actually painless and he got my veneer placed so fast. I was shocked at the total - was expecting to be price gouged over an emergency but the price was way more than fair. Definitely my new family dentist.

But I go for cleanings every 3 months. I have been to 5 cleanings so far with this office and EACH TIME there is a different hygienist doing my cleaning, and most of them I did not feel was a good cleaning. If I wanted to have a different person cleaning my teeth each time, I would go to the DDS school and be a practice for a student. Thats what I felt like each of my cleanings were. Moving here from Palm Beach County Florida and trying to find all new everything from Doctors, to DDS etc was huge. I became concerned after the 3 visit noticing all new people, but now it is the 5th and final time. I have a new DDS lined up already. My old DDS down south I went to for 8 years and only 1 change in hygienists. Not sure why this office has a revolving door of hygienists. Also they billed me for the cleaning AND a $10. PPO ADJUSTMENT? I mailed them a check for the cleaning, but not sure why they are adding on any adjustments. Watch your bills carefully.

As a retired Research and Development Engineer under contract to NASA, needless to say, I did an…read moreextensive amount of research into the entire procedure of dental implants from Process to Materials. I conducted the same examination of several practices offering "new teeth in one day". I WAS SHOCKED TO DISCOVER that the other practices do NOT tell you the whole story about what is waiting for you once you are "in the chair". If you have the expectation that you are going to walk out of the office in 24 hours with a set of comfortable lifelong teeth, you are in for a very very large dose of reality. Just think about what's happening in your mouth. In most cases, you are having extractions. Extractions mean swelling. Swelling is not your normal mouth shape or configuration; and yet, you are being measured and fitted for the configuration that your mouth will be in after the swelling subsides. This is something like buying clothes when you weigh 300 and expecting them to fit after you lose 150 pounds. Obviously, it is the key to long-term discomfort and dissatisfaction. There is of course the other end of the spectrum that can take up to a year to finally walk out of the office with a new set of teeth that do in fact fit properly; but frankly, I didn't have that kind of time. I chose to go with JAX IMPLANTS because they offered a more than satisfactory middle-ground plan. In fact, I did have usable teeth within the first 24 hours with a special caveat. They were a set of "temporary" teeth that were functional to the degree that I could eat foods that I enjoyed within certain texture limits. As the healing progressed, new "temporary" teeth replaced the previous set and slight modifications were introduced to try new options to improve function and fit. After 4 months of healing and adjustments to the temporary teeth, the final teeth fit and function perfectly. In total, I had 3 sets of temporary teeth before settling on my FINAL teeth. The final teeth exceed my expectations. I cannot even begin to express my thanks to the doctors and staff of Jax Implants for how happy I am with MY NEW TEETH.

My recommendation to Jax is to address the unprofessionalism of the office manager, Michael…read more Despite claims that I never had a consultation, I have documented proof of my interactions, including communications with Lulu (Patient Coordinator), various office emails, and a Zoom meeting with Dr. McCree. While Dr. McCree is wonderful, the staff's conduct is unacceptable and disrespectful. I will be sharing my experience on social media to ensure others in the community are aware of these issues before they get involved with this office.

I love Dr Najmi and she's been my dentist for 15 years so I'm sad that I have to write this review. Last week I got a call from Jessica to confirm my appointment, I was told the practice got sold and I had to change my appointment from 7am to 10am. I asked if they are still in network with delta dental and she said yes. 2 days prior to my appointment I got a text message to confirm my appointment which I replied, 24 hrs prior to my appointment I got another text and I replied. The next day I went for my appointment and the office was closed! I called and the person who answered said, the dentist decided to go to their other location. They didn't even bother to call me. I was patient and gave them a chance. They scheduled me for 4pm the same day. I came in, checked in, sat down, and was told to pay because they are out of network. Again, poor communication! I asked this question when a week before and was told they are in network! Poor service and unfortunately I won't be coming back!
