Everyone was extremely busy which they said was not (extremely) normal for a Monday. The greeter / office manager in training asked us to wait about 20 minutes but was willing to accommodate us with water or a scheduled time to come back so we wouldn't have to wait. We were seen within 10 minutes and the rep was super helpful. He even introduced us to the branch manager who gave us his personal info and asked us to follow up with any questions in the future. It really felt like he cared. We were at the branch for some time, but we left without any questions and we knew exactly what we were getting out of this reputable company. Glad we made the switch!

I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. 3. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. I'm not constantly sold to. We live a debt-free life and I appreciate the fact we are not constantly berated with offers to refinance or the latest new credit card. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! (Location options is the only reason I am taking off a star) Also, I'd love options for a different debit card design. Pleeeaassee?! :)

Of course, if traffic is bad, I suggest exiting on the 407 side so it puts you at a light. Since the parking lot can be really busy with drivers doing all kinds of things that don't make sense, make sure you exit the drive thru cautiously. In addition to the convenience, I come here because this location is reliable. There are 3 drive thru lanes and 2 ATMs here. These ATMs are rarely out of service and they always have stamps (many do not). The lanes are maintained and the machines are in good shape and I never wonder if the ATM ate my card. I have no complaints, this is a great location!

I have no doubt that someone at this branch received a bonus or quota when they convinced me to open an account with them. I was told they would honor the published $400 incentive to open an account once I met the incentive criteria. However, It's a bait and switch or fraud to offer an incentive and then not honor....I have never received the $400 incentive even though I have already met the criteria. have made over 6 phone calls, sent numerous emails, inquired in-person, etc and I'm still waiting for that promised $400 to be deposited not to even mention the 4% interest I've been missing out on this $400!!! Linda (mgr) convinced me to move my banking to this location and promised me that I will receive the $400 incentive to open an account as published once I met the incentive criteria. So, I opened an account May 1st, 2023 after Linda convinced me to do so, and I met the criteria to earn the $400 in June 2023. IT'S NOW OCTOBER 2023 AND I HAVE YET TO SEE THE $400 INCENTIVE DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. LINDA HAS BLOWN ME OFF, NOT RESPONDED TO REQUESTS FOR HER TO CALL ME, FAILS TO MONITOR THE ISSUE, USES EXCUSES OF SHORT ON PERSONNEL, ETC ETC. THEN ON 10/5/23, LINDA VERBALLY TELLS ME THEY DROPPED THE BALL BUT I WILL SEE THE DEPOSIT BY 10/9/22. IT's NOW 10/15/23 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS DEPOSIT. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE........VERY SHADY OPERATIONS!!!!!!
