However, on our most recent trip, the predicted 20 minute wait to receive our order stretched past 50 minutes. The staff has been uniformly great and they will give you your drinks as soon as you order, but at a certain point, I was looking to have a snack before my meal arrived. It is all outdoor seating with a tables and benches under an awning on the porch with additional tables getting full sun or shaded by a tree. In addition to traditional grill fare, I enjoyed the deep fried mushrooms as a side this time around and would absolutely do it again. Portions are nice and prices are reasonable. Just don't plan on a quick roadside stop.

Now the bar.. it reminds me of the bars I grew up in back in Buffalo, it's just a small town watering hole and it might not be much to look at on the outside.. but it's on the inside where the magic happens. There's Oregon lottery machines, pool tables, dart boards and shuffleboard. The drinks are cheap and cold, the hospitality is heart warming and the food is delicious.
