I am visiting my daughter in Roseburg. We wanted to find a new place to eat. We looked for Mexican, but nothing sounded great. She had heard of Brix, so we drove downtown to try it out. We opted for the lounge instead of the Grill and were so happy we did! It was much more chill and we loved the vibe. Our server, Lacey, was super personable and made us feel welcome. She gave us our menus and it took us a minute to make a choice. My daughter decided in The Club with rosemary fries and I opted for the Butter Burger with sweet potato fries. Our meals did not disappoint. They were perfectly cooked and tasty!!! We loved the added fun of being able to write a message on the chalk ceiling in the bar area. We will do some more exploring in Roseburg for yummy places to eat, but we are so happy to have eaten here. read more

September 24, 2025 we visited Brix for our wedding anniversary. My husband had the NY Strip and a Two Shy Porter. I had the Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon and a Lavender Lemon Drop. We shared a slice of the Red Velvet Cheesecake. We were not disappointed. at. all. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, the volume of the music was perfect for conversation, the lighting was great, and the temperature was comfortable with no A/C blowing on us. The waiter who served us was friendly and listened with patience to two old people over sharing. The only thing we would have changed, is that I would have (should have?) asked for a little cup of drawn or clarified butter to go with the salmon. We will be back. After waiting over a hour to be seated at True and being skipped over multiple times to just be told sorry they forgot every time , my wife and I left to eat elsewhere. We walked over to Brix only to find out they they were closing very soon. Laura still told us to come inside anyways , was very hospitable and kind. Our favorite restaurant in Roseburg ..why?? For a pescatarian diet like ours.wild caught salmon, wild rice a salad dressing to die for. Ask for the citrus vinaigrette. Roseburg wasn't even supposed to be a stop on this mini road trip with my friend Rich. That is the beauty of not planning on a trip. You can come to a town like this and find something you never knew was there. I think Brix was probably the diamond in the rough in this small town. I have to say thank you to Misty (the owner?) and Brian the bartender for being so friendly to us and making the night just a bit better. They were both very good at their jobs and made my friend and I feel welcome. You never know what you are going to get and we were both happy that we found a pleasant evening here. Just came in for some food and drinks. We made it in time for happy hour. They have a pretty killer deal. A beer, fries and a reuben sandwich which they call a Brewben or Breuban on the happy hour menu goes for $9. The beer can be any of those that they have on tap. The sandwich was quite good and the portion was very generous. We ended up having a few more beers before we left as we were able to walk to our hotel. The place had a pretty good crowd for a Thursday night. Didn't really seem like there was much action in most other places here. Good to see a nice establishment in Roseburg. I will definitely make this a stop should I ever get back to this part of OR. read more

We stopped in Roseburg while travelling down I-5. We like to eat a local bar/grill places so we stopped into Brix Grill. The place is well decorated, clean and the employees are attentive and pleasant. The food was good while not being exceptional. We did not have dinner and ordered in the bar off of the lunch menu. This place was such a nice surprise! As a girl that was born and raised in Roseburg, and moved away 12+ years ago, it is so nice to come home and find this little gem. The food didn't blow me away but it was good. Got the portobello ravioli with Alfredo and marinara. Was tasty but nothing special. The fiancé got the 527 burger and really liked it. It was a huge burger. The waffle fries were very delicious. The reason I give 3 stars was because the service was very spotty and awkward. It was our first time there and didn't know if were to seat ourselves or be seated because we went in the grill side. We walked to find a sever and she said we could go sit on the chill side. We waited at a table for a long while and the lady asked what we were doing there (eating or drinking). Thought that was kind of weird way to ask us but oh well. They were nice but very spotty and we had different people every time someone came around. We ended up having to find someone to eventually pay for our meal so we could leave. I went into brix thinking I was going to experience roseburgs best fine dinning restaurant with tip top service and delicious grub..one word to describe my time there would be " lie". They are total deceivers with there fancy lighting, bread baskets, and rolled silverware to say the least. The 20 dollar steak was something out of a sports bar accompanied by vegetables that had been siting in a hot box all day. I've had better nachos at a gas station. Crab cakes were undercooked and disappointing my dog raised his nose to them. My girlfriend ordered a 25 dollar salad all because it had 3 pieces of frozen shrimp. If you want to really feel bad about spending hundreds of dollars on shitty food go to brix. They ruined my life and made me lose trust in humanity and Americas food service. They are totally taking advantage of this young prosperous town by over taxing and under delivering. I will never go back there and wish they will soon go out of business so no one will have to feel what I have been threw. FUCK BRIX GO TO HELL!!!! read more
