I was 1st in line and Maxi was an amazing person not just online but in person as well. After giving personalized bracelets for Maxi & her mom posed for pictures and met Doug , I continued to browse through this wonderfully laid out store. This store is their flagship store on Westheimer so they have tons of items for cooking and entertaining. Staff was friendly for the most part and willing to offer assistance. Worth a visit!!

But no record of a sale and no gift receipt. Did buy something else, but guess what. They didn't ask my name, email or phone number. We had them install wood looking ceramic tile. It looks gorgeous. We got a lot of compliments. We have three dogs, the men worked around us, and even took in consideration on where we could walk to make life easier. My husband is a perfectionist, and he usually likes to do it himself when it comes to home remodeling. He was very happy with these guys, and the company. Highly recommend them.

The Kitchen took a little over 4 weeks! The demo crew walked in on November 4th and the cleaning crew walked out on December 4th! Honest! We 1st hired The Showroom for a master bath remodel in 2008. Mark Carter is part owner & designer & Mark did a fantastic job with the lay-out & color scheme. This was a "right down to the wall studs & slab" rebuild. Demoed the old jakuzi, tiny shower, Hollywood lighting, vanity, sliding mirror closet doors & carpet. Came back with 24" tile flooring, a big glass walled shower with rain head & bench, cabinetry with bun feet, maximized the closet user friendliness & updated all lighting. We lived in that house another 10 yrs & never had a complaint about labor or materials. Good job, Mark, we loved that bathroom. We moved to a 1983 vintage house in 2018 & in September 2019 we hired The Showroom to update the kitchen. This also was a "bare stud" project. Mark now does his design work on computer so you see how everything will look & fit. The design & workmanship were good as ever & materials even better. All we knew was we needed more useable space & we had a color scheme in mind so we told Mark & got out of his way. The results are as good or better than for the old bathroom. The drawers glide as if on air & close themselves with a gentle shove & likewise, the cabinet doors never slam. We have so much more useable space we still haven't filled all the drawers or cabinets. We definitely recommend The Kitchen & Bath Showroom & would (probably will) use them again.

To many little things and David felt after the job completed, warranty items he found a way to put them off for the money we spent 187k to adjoint bathrooms . Of course, this all took place through the pandemic. Workers were hard to come by! Top it off, we purchased the best of the best product fixtures, so on so forth. Not even a year later, the shower head is pealing. We had nemoures repairs via David, and he did very poop planning for the humidity in the addict, having to hire some to clean this up. The list goes on an on, so back to shower head, bath of America is warranting the head, but David isn't covering any warranty work, as he never told us several months back he's retiring. Just found out today. But yet his store says opening Wenesday 9a.m. . David is a crankey guy,in your face kind of guy. OVER TWO YEARS. And what's worse is, it looked HORRIBLE. Their paint job looks like a child did it. And not only that, they skipped certain areas and hoped we did not notice. Every little detail we noticed, we mentioned and they said they would address it and fix but they did not. This company does less than half the effort, almost no effort AT ALL. And the price they charge is robbery. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM. They do not clean after themselves and they leave paint splatter and glue splatter all over your new tiles and marble. THEY EVEN MESSED UP BRAND NEW TILES AND LEFT THEM CRACKED AND BROKEN AND INSTALLED IT ANYWAYS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM. They also messed up the kitchen wood floors and did not even bother fixing it until we pointed it out. AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT. These people do NOT know what they are doing. We have done many remodels and this is the worse company we have ever worked with. The assistant Cody even let it slip that our home WAS THE BIGGEST PROJECT THEY EVER HAD. WHAT?!?!? It was ONLY 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms in a CONDO. This is such a scam company. ZERO STARS. They didn't bother cleaning or touching up anything we mentioned or had concerns about.
