He was patient with our situation, kept in touch and updated us on the market from time to time and made suggestions that eventually helped us decide on the area. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Houston market and utilized the latest tools and technologies to provide us information based on most relevant statistics and comparisons to back up his reasoning if a house was overpriced and what was the reasonable price. Buying a home is obviously a very stressful time and having Creston to guide us through was a tremendous advantage. He was responsive and always available. We thought she would have our best interest but boy we were wrong!!!! My husband I and because our own realtors throughout the process! The only thing that we received "help" on was using their lender, so the realtor could get paid. My husband did all negotiating and spoke to EVERYONE in the home buying process, even the lender, builder, ect. said jerlene did not reach out to them to get updates on anything. My husband and I called her and said "we do not want to move forward and go our separate ways because we were not happy with the service" Jerlene agreed to let us go and said there was NO form for us to sign. Come to find out there is a form to terminate/fire a realtor. Once that form was sent her whole attitude changed and did not let us terminate/fire her!!! It's been a whole thing! We got in contact with the broker and he tried to solve the problem with money. We told Nate we did not want money, we just want lionsgate out of our life. I called TREC and they also said it was in our right to let a realtor go if we are not happy. It's true when people say money will change people even family. Form the start we said business is business and we are treating this like we don't know jerlene. Jokes on us family doesn't have your best interest at heart, when they need the money for only selling x amour of houses this year and need the money.
