So my parents were the people on the lease and my husband and I were only there temporarily and she knew this. To make matters worse my father lost his job(the whole reason they moved to Houston) they let her know right away and asked if she could please try to find someone to rent it as they needed out as they could not afford. She rented it immediately. And absolutely refused to give the deposit back despite us hauling 60 plus huge bags of trash and debris from her unkept property. She's the worst kind of person.
