I wanted to preface this review with probably the most amazing thing that my wife and I felt while working with Creston. During the entire 6-8 month process we had taken to find the right home and work everything out, it felt like Creston was our private realtor, in the entire process it never felt like we were just another client, he was either at every single meeting with our builder that we had, or if the rare chance he couldn't make it, he answered every single question we had after the meeting and explained everything in much better detail than the builder. He remembered everything about were we were in our process and it truly felt like we were his only client!!! Creston and his team at IndyQuest provided the most amazing service, hands down that I could ever imagine. My wife and I were first time home buyers and both from out of state, so we had no idea how the process of buying a home really even worked. We began our search by reaching out to a number of different realtors, and of all of them we reached out to, Creston was the only one that really seemed to actually want to help us in finding the right house for us. All the others seemed to just send a long list after asking a few questions and wanted to get us to view and move forward as fast as possible. Not Creston! Even after finally closing on our house and moving in, Creston has helped up with questions about being a new home owner, and has always been there to answer anything that we asked! We are so grateful to Creston and his entire team at IndyQuest for selling our home in Oak Forest. Our home had been on the market for 9 months prior with another agent.
