I was interested in using Anthony Abbott as a relator until I was shown messages he sent to an individual wanting video footage of someone spitting and stomping on an infant child. Instigating and inciting physical violence on an infant child is unacceptable. I try not to judge someone's business behavior based on their personal life situations but I can't turn a blind eye to this. That behavior is inappropriate and a bad face for your company. Be very careful with the people you work with here. They have some people with no morals who are more interested with putting money in their pockets than being upfront and 100% honest with peole. One don't ever get a place from them doing an auction with them. They just get their people to find out how much their buyers will pay then the auction is just their circle of people you aren't present, and it honestly felt like there was a fluffer invloved that just pushed the number up to the highest number that a buyer said they would pay when they could have gotten it cheaper. It really feels that way when you find out the one person that pushed the number to highest number of another person is related to the owner. The Atlanta location has a woman there who seems like a sweet innocent church girl, but will lie right to your face. First time flippers be very careful dealing with their hard money lenders. They will literally help them sell you on a loan saying they will fund your rehab when in reality they will reimburse your rehab after reviewing what you did and claim to have spent. They would not provide that part of the information to us until 1 1/2 - 2 hrs before closing when asked multiple times and in days in advanced if not a week in advance. They keept our $7,500 deposit (just like a thief) due to us backing out of contract at the last minute since they and their lender (Easy Street Capital who has a F on BBB by the way) would not provide that important piece of information until last minute. If we would have closed on that deal we would have been put into a bad financial position because this whole time we were led to believe that they would fund our rehab not reimburse our rehab. Even had to argue with them about the difference between the definition of funding and reimbursement because apparently they don't know the difference. Be very careful in dealing with them and remember they will sell you to their lender as them funding your project but just know that it is all a LIE! They will just reimburse your rehab just like paying a contractor and not even give you a deposit to get started. read more

i would have given zero star if possible. they are frauds. i bought house in Arlington,Tx from them few months back this year. They lied me and gave all wrong information while buying the house.They had said house only needs cosmetic repairs of about $20k but they gave me invalid foundation warranty, whole plumbing needed replacement, broken floor was hidden under the permanent carpet in master bedroom. I can't believe such frauds are doing business openly without fear from law authorities. i lost more than $60k because of these frauds. If anyone buys house without full house formal inspection from licensed inspectors they will be cheated big time and their life's savings will be gone. Don't buy any house from New Western. Run away from these guys file lawsuit to any court possible like small claims court or others . read more

First, let me just state that the entire process of working with Randy Bui (from initial phone call to final closing) was outstanding! If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. After my brother passed away and I flew into town to discover my family home in complete disarray, I was depleted emotionally and physically. I had 6 different realtors/brokers visit over a 2-day period (in the midst of planning a funeral) and Randy was not the highest bid, but he was the only one that I sensed trust in his character. Interestingly, he also was the only one that did not immediately give an offer and I respected that! He promised to "work the numbers" and call back, which he did within 2 hours. Some of the realtors gave offers over the phone before even seeing the property, which did not seem right to me. Throughout the process, Randy's communication was excellent. He stayed one step ahead of me, explaining solutions for how to close with the house in my father's name (who lives in Spain) and me living in Colorado. He understood that we were on a short timeframe and the closing of this house would allow us to remove quite a bit of stress in a tough situation. Surprisingly, in the midst of all this, every single other realtor was calling (one 2X a day) to let me know that I had made a bad decision and that the deal would fall through. They encouraged me to terminate the contract and offered to bring cash to my house. It was disheartening to observe professionals preying on someone in a tough situation. We stuck with Randy and are glad we did. This brings me to Lynn Shearin's help (Alamo Title) in the deal. It was obvious from Day 1 that Randy and Lynn have an excellent partnership for serving their clients. I was copied on all email communication (as minor as FedEx labels), which really helped seeing that the process was moving along (especially since I had other realtors telling me it would not go through). Lynn was so responsive to multiple email questions regarding small details and some of the numbers on the HUD statement. In fact, she even responded late at night, which so impressed my Dad and me. I received Randy's name from a realtor friend, but I don't think she had personally met Randy, so this was a shot in the dark. I have told her that if she is ever in this situation (or any of her clients or other realtors) that there is no one to use but Randy Bui. read more
