The kitchen drawers were cracked down the middle and the kitchen faucet was leaking . Marty took pictures and told me he would convey the message to the landlord before I moved in. None of that happened, and of course it was not cleaned before move-in day. There were dead cockroaches on the ground (at least they bombed the place!) In the 6+ months I've lived here, the fridge, oven, faucet, heating/ac unit have ALL had to be replaced because they stopped functioning.
