On a rainy Sunday, we decided to go to an open house in our area and that's when we met Ellen, she was calm, understanding and besides showing everything about the lovely house and knowing the area, she told us how possible it could really be for us to buy this home. At first, I asked what other homes there were around that we could see and she then gave us a list and showed us some other ones we might like, telling us the history of each one, advantages and disadvantages. None of the houses were like the first one we saw and I asked her if she could open it on the weekend for our kids to see and she did just that. She told us all about the community and it is really beautiful with many trees and close to businesses. Once a decision was reached, she guided us through the next steps to closing. Our dream had come true and we are now living there for almost a month and are super happy. Thank you Ellen!

We credit her with making a potentially stressful process relatively stress free. Over our month-long search we saw well over 10 properties and had frequent zoom debriefs about how we felt about each property. Jennifer really listened to what was important to us - not only what was explicitly said, but also what was unsaid about the properties we saw. This listen-first behavior was invaluable, and cemented in our minds that she wanted what was best for us, not just a sale. After we had a bid accepted and transitioned into the closing period, Jennifer was even more involved. She stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were on track to close, and provided wonderful recommendations for inspectors and the like (which we took full advantage of). All in all, she was the complete package and we wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend her to friends and family.
