It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone. So there are lots of offices here such as Crown Dental and Rent-A-Center and others, and they do a good job keeping the rent low, and lots of interesting businesses have been located here and are still, in many cases. Definitely come here for your realty needs... as opposed to your reality needs in which case I'd stick to J-Woww and Snooki.
