Since he knows the in's and out's of the loan process as well as the real estate parts, he was able to HELP me though my loan company's mess. From start to finish, If I had a question, he could answer it, or he would find out and get back with me. Even now 2 months after the sale, I had question about taxes. We loved this realtor and figured why not. Big mistake. After everything our other realtor apologized profusely for our experience. He was incredibly rude especially to me. When he talked to my husband he was fine, but anytime he talked to me he had nothing but an aggressive attitude. He would "claim" I'm not in it for the money but proved otherwise the entire time. He did not have our best interest and refused to send something multiple times when the sellers were in breach of contract. We ended up not buying the house. The final straw was because there was a huge hole in the countertop and a cutting board was glued over it. When asked about it he had a nasty attitude with me and made me the problem, not the giant hole. He was awful about communicating, it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to respond. He would answer an "or" question with yes or no, or simply not respond. The lack of communication was so frustrating. He did almost no work, showed us this one house, we didn't close, and at the end he still wanted a commission. For what? He didn't deserve a penny. Please save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
