He said that she has represented several of his other clients and that she represented him in the purchase of his home as well. After meeting her, we felt that she was a great fit and she helped us with the purchase of a new home and sale of our old home. Valerie really went above and beyond for us. We made an offer on a home, which was rejected. Two weeks later, after visiting many other properties, we decided we wanted to reapproach the sellers of the first home we made an offer on. Unfortunately, the house had been taken off the market the day before. Valerie called their agent who advised that they took it off the market and she no longer represented them. So, Valerie contacted the sellers. They were upset that we came in with a low offer and were hesitant to entertain a second offer from us. Somehow, Valerie managed to convince them to hear us out and we closed on that house the following month! I'm confident that without Valerie, we wouldn't be in our dream home today. When it came to selling our old home, Valerie was just as wonderful. She had the most amazing photos taken and when she stopped by to see how the house was progressing right before we put it on the market, she even helped me spread mulch in the backyard and haul things into the garage! She hung in there with us through 2 failed options and finally a successful sale- lucky #3! I would not hesitate to recommend her.
