There's always a water leak somewhere. The pool is never open. It's always dirty too. I've had a child to poop on my door mat. There's no security here. Cars are vandalized often. I've had a reoccurring issue with my kitchen sink where the water will not go down. It took them a little over 2 weeks to even come look at the sink. I also purchased a washer and dryer set because the ones in my unit did not work (maintenance said it was fine). After attempting to dry 2 towels 6 times on high heat, I gave up. Upon move in to my new unit, the fridge and freezer was full of what I thoughts was dead bugs. After cleaning it.... 3 days later I was cleaning up more of the same foolishness. I was told not to hold my fridge door open for a long time to avoid them from getting inside the fridge. Other than the constant smell of cigarettes fuming from under the cabinets and the annoying smell of weed from the neighbors, there's a terrible odor coming from the vents whenever the AC is turned on. All of this has been mentioned to the office staff multiple times. It's been 2 years and I've absolutely have had enough. 10/10 do not recommend. Asking them to do there job is clearly offensive. They won't enforce the no smoking policy but will 100% charge an early termination fee if you can't live in this BS they never want to fix. On the bright side, the grass is cut every week

She did not make me feel rushed during the tour but instead walked beside me, and instead of jumping on a golf cart to tour the property, we walked to the unit. That was different because most communities will have you sit on a golf cart and speed fast through the community. Stormie is my favorite leasing agent out of all the properties that I visited in League City. She has such a beautiful personality. I could speak with her for hours on end. She was non-judgemental and answered all of my questions with ease. She made me feel very comfortable. The Cortland community of League City is well-maintained, but I just wished that they had more open garages. An added bonus is knowing that they don't have white appliances, but instead SS appliances. The floor plans are spacious and the units don't look like a "cookie-cutter" generic apartment, but more like a home. They don't have a lot of availability like most other properties, but that's because the tenured residents love it here for a reason. Stormie reminded me of my favorite leasing agent in Houston which was Ms. Maria Calderon from Valencia Place apts. I wish more leasing agents nationwide could adapt to Stormie's work ethic.
