On more than one occasion I have reached out to the office to obtain a copy of my lease that I never received a reply to. 2. I put in several work orders that never received attention. I have not asked for much over the two years. I asked them to caulk my tub after normal wear and tear and got no reply. I also had an incident where water damage in the unit above mine flooded my bedroom closet. They place everything on my bed and proceeded to take more than a month to repair the damages. 3. There was a shooting on site that occurred recently. It happened just one building over from where my unit is located. I genuinely fear for my safety living here and am happy that I only have a couple of months left. I do not feel comfortable having myself or my children (when they visit) taking out the trash because the shooting happened extremely close to where the dumpster is located. My children were there that morning. 4. The neighbors have been repeatedly loud and banging on doors at all hours of the night and some times during the day. My son told me that he was terrified that someone was going to come and bang on our door due to the arguments and commotion happening outside of our unit. I really loved the old staff, but the new staff is so dismissive and act as if a shooting on the property is no big deal and nothing to be alarmed about. I beg to differ.
