I've lived at the bammel since may of 2021. I have complained about my upstairs neighbors by phone and email with not response. It makes no sense and disrespectful. This happens after 10 pm which is the quiet time. I have dialysis MWF and has to be up at 4:30 am. This make no sense. Jalynne was a great manager. I surely miss her! I had the previlege to have Jan Masters to assist me with finding the right apartment for my daughter. I must say that she went above and beyond my expectations. She really takes pride in what she does. I am from Louisiana and i wanted to make sure that my daughter was in a very safe area. My daughter is my precious jewel and my pride and joy! Well Jan main concern also was for the safety of my daughter aswell, and she made sure to be very honest about any area that i may have inquired about. If she felt that it wasn't safe she did not hesitate to tell me. She said that she feels responsible for each student that she assist with finding an apartment and when making her decisions on what apartments to show, she makes that decision as if it were her child. I am very satisfy with the apartment an the area that she found for my daughter, and my mind is at ease at night knowing that i do not have to worry about my daughters safety. Not to mention the fact that the people at broadwater apartment that she introduce me to, are very caring just like Jan. Jan made sure to check up on us after our trip to Texas and had someone to contact us on finding an electric company, insurance, etc. She bascially covered every area that i would have had to find on my own. Disclaimer! My soon to be sister in law works here so I am a little biased.... But will still be honest! They don't just do apartment locating! Jennifer has taken me to see condos. She took me two years ago and then just recently so I could find a bigger kitchen. I sent her which places I liked off of www.har.com and we went and saw them. They can also show you houses and townhomes. Everyone in the office is so friendly. They do a great job of keeping up with everything. We had issues with who the checks should be written to and they did a great job getting everything done. This is a free service!!! Do not hesitate to use them! They are paid by the apartment that you sign with. An important part of this is that you need to put on your application that they referred you to that apartment so that they can be paid. read more

I actually learned about Texas Apartment Locators from searching on Yelp.com. My family and I were moving from Walnut Creek, CA, to Houston for a job change in a very short time period, so we didn't have much time to look around in the area before we moved. I sent in my information via their online form and I received a phone call the next day from Shelli at TAL. She got a bit more information from us and then compiled a list of apartments that would best meet our needs in the area we were hoping to be in. She also answered my wife's questions about the apartments we were looking at. When I flew out to Houston to look at apartments, Shelli even offered to come take me around to look at them all, since I wasn't a local and could get easily lost. I was very impressed with their service, especially considering that this is a free service that only receives payment if you mention their names whenever you're filling out your apartment application.
