The available selection is highly curated by the store managers, with road-tested feedback on shoe models that enhance comfort and minimize pinching and pain. The store doesn't have mind-numbing, vast choices. It's usually endless choice that leads to paralysis. However store clerks do in-house fitting that gets the customer an appropriate shoe model which has proven to work well for many other people with similar foot issues. I bought a paid of HOKA trainers there...nothing fancy, not a huge range of choices, but it was a good choice to reduce my foot pain. Sometimes the focused care of store clerks who have seen multitudes of customers with similar foot conditions and can make optimal recommendations is better than dazzling yet confusing racks of shoe model options.

I had gotten the previous pair from Sole Perfection so I went back there. They didn't have any available in my size (Mens 12.5 EE). But rather than offer to order the pair, the sales clerk raved about Hoka Transport. The width felt snug, but it was close enough that I bought it. 2 months later the inside heel had already started wearing out, leading to the hard plastic painfully poking into my heel. Sole Perfection offered to replace it as a warranty replacement and told me they had another in my size. So I made the trip there only to find they didn't have my size, only 12.5 D. So I left empty handed. A week later, they had the right size, but it was a different color. Not a problem for me, so I go back a 3rd time. But I could barely get my feet in because of how much they pinched the sides of my feet. The sales clerk assured me it would take a day or 2 to adjust. Nope, just as painful as ever. So I'm just going to order a pair of Brooks Beasts from Amazon. I'm stuck with my basically unwearable pair of Hokas and I'm out nearly $200. I'm upset at Hoka for making crappy quality shoes. And I'm upset at Sole Perfection for not listening to me when I said what brand of sneaker I wanted to buy. Dec 9 edit - I will raise my review to 2 stars. I appreciate that store staff tried to make things right. But they weren't able to. Ultimately I spent $190 on sneakers I could only wear for 5 weeks.

They have been in the business of serving people with wide feet for nearly 40 years. I've seen them on the road as I've driven from Seattle to the Edmonds Ferry but I never paid attention to them until I needed them. I went in on a day when I had to have a pair of shoes that we're going to be as comfortable as possible for the evening, as I had a function that I was responsible for and the shoes I had in my suitcase we're not going to be good enough for those hours. I went in and was greeted very cheerfully by the employees. I was fortunate enough to have the owner's son come out and work on helping me find the appropriate shoes. The owner and I went through a number of shoes after sizing my feet and I settled on one pair. The shoes are quite expensive but they seem to be pretty quality with a decent enough range to get what you're looking for. For me unfortunately I had socks on the day that I bought the shoes and I normally do not wear socks with my shoes. So while they fit perfectly when I bought them they're a bit too big. However, I decided to keep them cuz overall they're comfortable enough but they are definitely size just slightly too big. About the store's layout and inventory: It's a very small store with not a lot of room in it or a lot of inventory. Apparently, they have a really store much bigger in size and with far more choices. It is down in South King County. I'll have to visit someday. This store is in a very busy section right off a very congested roadway. So it's a little challenging to get in and out of their very small parking lot in the front of the building. I think they have parking in the back but I didn't try to drive around and figure that out. All that said though if you have bigger feet or wider feet that need special attention, this is the place to look. There is no other store like this. I really donappreciate how, over the last 40 years, they knew that there are so many people that need better foot care. They serve customers well,in the form of selling well fitting shoes for wide feet. They figured it out back then, and continue to deliver.

Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job. Thank you for what you're doing, and hang in there ladies!

I had not been out here in a while and was looking for a winter coat in summer, having envisioned miles of aisles of coats. I was wrong. There is no coat factory any more, just an out-of-the-way store full of things you don't really need. I was really disappointed. I was looking for a store that I could go into to buy a coat rather than shop online, because I wanted to try my new would-be coat on. I'm a big man with a 58" chest and it is hard to find a nice coat in my size. And I'm loathe to go downtown and overpay. So I guess the deal is you have to wait for winter to buy winter coats so they can charge you more. At least one or two coats that are on sale in my size. But not at Burlington. When I hear that name I think of trains roaring through Golden Gardens. They do have a massive parking lot though.

As we are looking for the perfect outfit as well as the best price tag that you could possibly afford to pay!!! I love to shop in Burlington. I've been looking somewhere else for the past couple of years but the prices are too high. The Burlington store was great for me because it has the selection was so much cheaper than any other store!! I recommend Burlington store for any one to go there and I think it's really good quality clothing that you could find in Burlington and it's really great value!!!

So when I was told that if I opened an account I would receive a discount on my purchase, I thought, I don't want another credit card, but I can cancel it as soon as I get it. So I was asked for my driver's license to start the process and my license dropped down a crack between two cabinets that are connected. I stood there for three hours while lots of employees attempted to rescue my license, but in the end they said they were going to have to call in someone who could get in there. I felt terrible, how was I supposed to get home without my driver's license? I did ask, "are you expecting me to illegally drive without my driver's license?" I know this was a freak accident, but I really felt distressed, however I did manage to drive home without incident. My husband who is very handy made a special trip there to see if he could rescue my license, but spent a couple hours trying with no success. I drove to the DOL, but the amount of people waiting was horrendous! So next I went to their website, but the first appointment I could get to replace my license was two months away! I ended up taking my appointment sheet in there and waited four hours before they called my number and finally got a temporary. In the meanwhile, T J Maxx was trying to get someone with the tools to take apart these cabinets to rescue my license. In the end, I told them since I had my new license on the way, they didn't need to distroy these cabinets. I would like to thank Anita the manager and Luis the District Manager for recognizing what an ordeal this was for me. Some of the reviews mention poor customer service and perhaps there are individuals who are not customer focused, but I would seek out the manager or District Manager because I found them to be very helpful!
