By Thursday no one had contacted us so both my wife and I called and they told us that someone would call on Friday to make sure it was taken care of. No one called. So Sunday I called again to ask about service and was given a Monday appointment between 8:30-10. No one showed up so I called and got a managers number. James Murphy. I called James and left a frustrated voicemail. It was a frustrated voicemail not mean or angry. Then I drove to work and tried to call again and found out HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. So I called the 800 number again and asked if I could get his managers number. I called Justin Hoover and have yet to hear back. Do not use Orkin if you live in the Leesburg Area. Absolutely ridiculous. Orkin should shut down this branch. I have literally been on the phone for hours and miss hours of work to get absolutely no response.
