I found MD Plumbing & Heating online and saw all the positive reviews and decided to roll the dice and go with this Company. I have to honestly say I was not disappointed. Mike was able to fit me in & install a new hot water heater in a couple days at a very reasonable price. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

Clogged drain: boss gives me cost of over $700 (offered some coupon, cash discount); he said that it was complicated but I was too busy for him to show me (NOT!). Another plumber came the next day, fixed the problem quickly and charged $225. End of story
