We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We have had other Plumbing companies inspect our issue to determine the cause was a Direct result of M&M not bleeding my valves properly leaving my pipes air locked. Max (the owner) was supposed to come fix this issue over a weekend, but has ignored phone calls and never showed up to our house. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service.
