My experience includes several complete new systems installed and at least one furnace only. In every case, Kirk made sure that the job was done right and at a very competitive price. They don't spend money on advertising or fancy new trucks and pass along the savings, which I find preferable. The young tech said I was low on freon by at least three pounds $175/pound to replace. He concluded by saying the unit that was sold to me 7-8 years ago was old and bad and would need to be replaced. Collecting $69 and leaving the house so we could decide how to proceed. Thankfully a friend urged me to get a second opinion with Richie. Richie came out to my house in later that day. His inspection? Well the unit was just a little low in refrigerant. The unit was fine. He took approximately 45 minutes to clean the unit outside as it was moderately dirty and hadn't been cleaned in over a year. He said the unit was fine. He wanted to see how the unit it performed (it's doing great!), he would be back in a couple of days to reevaluate and top off the refrigerant. He said if anything he could make any needed repairs and most likely there is still a manufacturers warranty still in place which he could find by running the serial number. Richie was a blessing!
