I even ran into a small life mishap and was 30 minutes late to my appointment but the staff and doctor were very friendly and it was an absolutely great experience for me! Everyone made sure I was comfortable and when I was taken back for treatment, the girl apologized to me for me waiting for so long but I had to let her know that I did not mind at all because they were very accommodating to me for taking me after being so late. I had a great experience here yesterday. During the initial consultation the Dr. was very helpful at answering any questions I had. The laser hair removal process was quick and 'mostly' painless, the thicker the hair the more I felt it, but it was just a quick sting and then went away quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and there are even refreshments offered while you wait. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Awesome! That's the best way I can describe Plush Derma I have been coming to get laser hair removal the girls are always so nice and friendly. At first I was a bit skeptical because the idea of having hair laser removal sounded so painful but the girls said that putting ice on the areas would help so they told me to always ask for ice which helps A LOT, they made sure my sessions were painless. They were also were very thorough with post op instructions. After going there for a while I decided to plump my lips here, the Doctor explained all the pros/cons, all the different types of fillers they offer, after all the information he gave me I opted for juvaderm. Dr. Reza is very professional and nice. The staffs are very friendly. I was here for mole removal, and I had scheduled an appointment for it. I got to the clinic on time, however, I had waited for more than one hour and half for the consultation with Dr. Reza. The staffs didn't know what I was there for when I got there ( I let them know what service i was looking for when I scheduled the appointment). I was upset about the long wait. It was almost painless during the mole removal procedure. Dr. Reza said he has done over 500+ cases ( if I didn't remember it wrong). It has being more than 7 weeks since the procedure, I do have skin discoloration on the spots that I had my mole removed. Today, I am here again to evaluate if a touch up is needed. read more

This place is great. The service was so fast and the staff was so friendly I was literally in the doctors office within minutes of my arrival there was no waiting time. The doctor was very friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions. He was very informative. He said that in two weeks I could have the touch up in case I was unsatisfied with my results or it wasn't taking effect. I have an appointment next week but it looks like I won't be needing any touch ups. Come to this place is absolutely fabulous and they have a little coffee bar for you to make yourself a cup of coffee in case you have to wait. Unfortunately the receptionist at the front desk didn't ask if I had a brilliant distinctions account so I was unable to add the services I had done to my brilliant distinctions accounts. This place is legit! I got my underarms lazered and now they are smooth as a baby's butt. I am so happy with the results and i have only gone twice! :) There is almost no hair on that area! The Clinic is very clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Ghazi explained the procedure really well and was very confident. Once thing that I want to point out is that he doesn't try to be the salesman. What you ask is what he responds to. Unlike other clinics that try to make recommendations on other part so that they can gain more business. The first consultation took about 15 minutes and the procedure took about another 15 minutes. I am a big fan of this place. I came back for my fourth treatment of laser hair removal and I am very happy. The place is very clean, the Doctor and staff are very friendly and courteous, and the prices are great. The laser equipment is top notch as the procedure did not hurt at all. I had an appointment at 10:30, and by 10:40 i was in the treatment room getting my procedure under way. Also, I have been to other places and they take a much longer time for the treatment. These new machines are super fast and painless. My treatment that would normal take 1 hour or more at other places, took only 40 minutes here. I am very very very happy with the results as my hair on my back, shoulders, chest, legs, and arms have thinned significantly and hopefully a few more treatment to go to get to my goal.
