Looking at other sites, they sent them to permanently closed and turned off Google reviews. When you call you just get a voice mail. I called the other Perspire Studios here in AZ, who are owned by a different owner and they were informed of the closing might happen but did not know it already happened. It is very sad because my wife had been going there since the grand opening. It is just really sad it closed without saying anything to customers. My wife was there last week. My wife is out a few credits and lost out on half a month's membership. And I saw online that others had just purchased packages. My suggestion is to contact your credit card company to see if they can do anything. I reached out to the corporate number to see if I can verify and find out more info. Overall, Just really sad they just closed down without saying anything. We would have loved to say thank you for the past 4 years. It was a great studio with wonderful people working there. Really sad for the people that worked the front desk and most likely just lost a job. I would grab a picture and look at the store, but I live 40 min away. I might update this review when I know more. So many people loved that place.

No one ever answered the phone or returned my left voicemails. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find the lights were off and the door was locked. There were two phone numbers written down and taped to the window of the establishment. After contacting both numbers someone texted me back indicating that they did not know there was an appointment scheduled and they're short staffed and couldn't fulfill the scheduled appointment. I found that to be very odd because I had booked the appointment several days prior. I explained I wouldn't be coming back and would like to be refunded for the gift certificate that was purchased. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about reimbursement and I haven't heard from anyone since then. That was three weeks ago. Do not visit this business. They are scammers!!

They actually opened early to take care of us! We were so grateful that they made time for us and went out of their way to make it happen. The massages were incredible, but the kindness and personal attention made this place extra special. Opening your doors early just to help two people end their trip on a high note says a lot about how you treat your customers. Thank you for taking such good care of us. You gave us another highlight of our weekend, and we'll remember it. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Arizona so we can come see you again! We can't recommend this place enough!

I'm very grateful to have found a place like Healing of the Body and Mind! They're friendly,…read morepersonable, passionate about what they do, and have a gentle and caring approach with a combined knowledge and expertise that is much needed especially when trying to do a cleanse and detox to heal the entire gut, body and mind together as a whole. I also very much appreciate their space and how clean it is and that they have a bathroom in each colonic room; it makes each colonic session even more comfortable. I was looking for a colonic place with a closed-machine-system since that's what I'm used to for over 13 years in SoCal. I have looked and mostly seen that the Phoenix / Scottsdale area seems to offer a lot of open-machine-colonic-systems and I tried it, but it definitely wasn't for me. That's when I became even more grateful that I finally found a place like Healing of the Body and Mind! I saw Erica, and I am extremely grateful for her beyond belief! I do believe she's heaven-sent! I found her when I needed her the most! I moved from CA and dearly missed my previous Colonic-Therapist/friend. I didn't believe I'd find anybody like my previous, until I met Erica! She embodies everything and more I've been looking for in a Holistic Colon Hydrotherapist!!! She's experienced, knowledgeable, extremely patient, kind, gentle, caring, sweet, thoughtful, and quite literally the Coach that held my hand when I most needed one! My gut issues had gotten bad, I was in pain frequently and couldn't eat much without having side effects. I was desperate and I knew I needed to do my gut liver / gallbladder detox / cleanse again! I found Healing of the Body and Mind and quickly scheduled the two colonic appointments they suggest (to open up the detox pathways) with Erica, I also scheduled a Foot Detox Bath right before a colonic, so I can detox even further. I also did a lymphatic massage with Kasia; anything that would help me reset and jumpstart into my detox/cleanse/healing again. There is a HUGE difference from seeing a Colonic Therapist for a closed-colonic-system session to sit with you and walk you through the entire session quite literally being your mental and physical Healing Coach/Supporter through it all, than sitting in a room alone through a colonic session with an open-system. I am extremely grateful for Erica!!! She is definitely my person and my new healing buddy!! I did my 8 day Fasting / Liver / Gall Bladder flush/detox/cleanse with her and I am also scheduling my maintenance sessions with her in between my longer detox/cleanses, so I don't let my gut issues get to that bad point again. Erica is definitely the person to see and walk you through your colonic sessions and gut cleanses with TLC! Thank you everyone at Healing of the Body and Mind!
