They send out a very honest explanation and at the time were not being offered any special help /programs from the government as other businesses were. They were faced with a very difficult decision and instead of shutting down their doors and leaving tons of parents scrambling, they stayed opened and very transparent of their decision to charge. I was not thrilled about paying either but to me it was worth it and they really didn't have any other options. As far as the other woman that posted a bad review. It sounds like you're not going to be a "good fit" anywhere. If your child requires alone time, that's going to involve another staff member to supervise this child so that he/she can be alone. Not to mention a free space to do this in. Sounds like you should consider an at home nanny service instead of expecting a daycare to conform to your very specific, high level needs. I looked at her profile and she's given 1-2 stars to 4 other area day cares. At some point, you've got stop and think, "maybe it's not them....maybe it's me" I find the need to point this out because I don't think it's fair to TLT or inquiring parents looking at the ratings to base your decisions off two reviews that really aren't relavent to how wonderful this place truly is. Bottom line, our kids loved it here. The staff is incredibly generous and truly cared for our children. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my kids with anyone else than I have here so THANK YOU ALL!!

He has gone through every classroom and continues to excel in everything he learns and does. The brand new playground is always a fun place to pick up, because you can see the happiness in all the kids. Every classroom is structured and full of colors and teaching tools for the children. My son comes home every day happy to talk about all of his friends and teachers. This learning center is a second home for all of these children, and every teacher that is there with him daily loves and cares for him like their own. It's not about the teachers even though they make it appear that way - sorry but daycare educators want more vacation time, a better schedule (because you have to work a 9 hour shift with an unpaid paid hour lunch break) and proper raises and bonuses (without having to move up (suck up) to management) if you are a Teacher and just want to do your job - good luck with that! Educators don't want pizza and cupcakes or staff events they want real paid time off, seniority respect, and increased vacation every year of service. When they opened their school they wanted to treat the educators well but REFUSED to look into burnout. Instead they decided to host tons of events (some being on Saturdays) and enroll children without enough staff. They also used to be opened 6:30-630 - kids never left because the tuition is so damn expensive. Kids never went home sick or missed a day because tuition is so expensive. Burnout is real and when you work long hours into the day and get few paid holidays it's really gets to you. Kiss your summer goodbye because the time off is so low that once summer comes you used up all your PTO in the winter cus you got sick or had a few things going on... 5 days that's it! Also if you're there for many years, you get the same time off package as new people. The standards are so high that you can't enjoy the children because your constantly checking off boxes, on the iPad, or dealing with " Primrose fluff" it's very hard for one human to adhere to Primrose standards. Don't even get me into the curriculum (not NAEYC) either. It's not fun if you're a free thinker or free spirit. There's no respect for seniority either. One summer I witnessed 25 staff members leave the company. It's what the owners feel is important, they want you to fit into their little box. Use your judgement if thinking about working here or enrolling your child. If your wealthy Montessori is the way to go/ private nannying/ small church preschools! Less stressed out teachers, more focus on the children for sure. Oh, and you have to wear dress pants and flats (that smell and fall off running after the kids) but at least you "look good" to the parents (Lol) and you have to purchase your own primrose shirts for uniform.

The preschool teachers were all great! He had a great experience here. We are sad to leave but since we live 15 miles away and in a great school district he will be attending school in town. We have a few daycare learning center places we hold play dates in the local area and this location definitely scales up there! Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Looks like a great option for daycare/preschool; they accommodate 6weeks to 5years. Love how the center is sectioned away from the busy street being on the backside of the shared business building. First thing I will say about this daycare is that the teachers are wonderful. I always felt like…read morethey were giving my son the love and attention he needed and deserved. The Director on the other hand is an awful human. My son had been at this daycare since June 2022 and in January 2023 we were told that his spot was only 'temporary" and would end Feb 8, 2023. The Director swears that we had the conversation and that she told me this was happening and that the witness to our conversation was her daughter slash Co- Director. Not a very credible third party. She also told me jokingly that she should really start putting this in writing because parents always seem to be surprised when she tells them their child's spot is temporary. My son had a very difficult transition into daycare and my argument was why would I have put him through such a difficult transition knowing it would only be temporary?! Clearly we did not know. During our final conversation, after her telling me I needed to be "respectful to the staff" until his last day which blew me away since I was nothing but respectful to her staff, she told me over and over again how much they did for my son and how accommodating they were to him when he started. Now being an Elementary School Guidance Counselor myself, I said to her "if you are working with children, you SHOULD be doing everything that you can to accommodate any child's needs?" If that is not your. mindset then you have no business working with children. In conclusion, if you do choose this child care for your child, make sure you have it in writing that his or her spot is permanent.
