The estimate was not the lowest, but not the highest, but it was the most correctly dialed in to our actual plumbing, and unlike other plumbers, he did an actual hands on evaluation instead of giving an estimate based on an eyeballing of a fixture. Because he was ready to work, we were able to get business dealt with that same day. While working on our plumbing, he was courteous, respected our space, and got the job done in a timely manner, with excellent post work cleanup. It shouldn't be hard, and there shouldn't be a fight to get service, but so many plumbers locally seem to send out salesmen, not people ready to work. The Go With The Flow Plumbing experience was extremely pleasant, because it was very no nonsense and direct. Go with the flow plumbing will be my go-to from now on, and I'm extremely pleased!

Yes, they are licensed and bonded. I think these people are a rip off. The woman just hung up on me when I, called back, & asked why their service was so expensive. Beware of this place. I received a phone call this morning from Brad the owner of this business. He apologized to me for the phone call, and explained that I was giving the wrong information. He said the price for a residential home was more like $45-$75. Much more reasonable. He mentioned that he was going to have a discussion with his employees and train them to better answer questions, to customers who call.. He also told me that the person on the phone did not actually hang up on me. We were disconnected. He said he strives for better customer service and quality work. First up: our ancient shower, leaking from the faucet and refusing to turn off. We pathetically "fixed it" ourselves more times than I can count. Never lasted and hurt our water bill! Doug came out, explained the (complicated) fix, gave us an estimate, and delivered exactly that, on time. Now we have a truly beautiful, modern shower where a disaster used to be. We were sold. Next, Doug fixed our barely functioning laundry sink faucet and just yesterday he resurrected our backyard faucet (after three years of it being decommissioned and useless.) So, after 3 projects, we can state categorically, Doug Nash is the real deal: professional, neat, friendly, confident, fair. He's the absolute BEST...we highly recommend.
