At no fault really of theirs, someone called with the same first name to cancel in haste and well, they thought it was me and so couple of hours of my life I won't get back. The owner called me and promised it'll never happen again and that they'll change their protocol and asked what can they try and do to make it right. I appreciate the customer oriented reach out. We got a quote a week later and I went with them. They came highly recommended by my very strict HOA as they've done numerous water heater replacements here. And in this condo neighborhood, the water heaters are in closets, with a requirement for direct vent models and obviously limited space to work. Not to mention ground slope variations that may require a pan or not. They had a lot of history here and clearly know what they are doing. They even installed a leak sensor unit on mine so any leaks and water is shut off. Very nice. All in all a job well done for this very complex install. They were kind enough to even maintain and even upgrade a water spout so I can water my pots with a garden hose. Take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. They are worth getting an estimate. Overall I would say they are very price competitive, but you get what you pay for so it may or may not be a bit more for the quality of work I feel you'll be getting. Special thanks to Ronny and Treven for working in 38F degree weather all morning to get this done. Buying them coffee was the least I could do.

They do fixed pricing and their cost to replace/repair was lower than another company who provided an estimate just from photos. I would use them again for sure!
