He coordinated the gas connection with another excellent contractor and because we wanted our panel to have more "slots" so that someday we could add an electric vehicle charging station, it would be cheaper since they had to mess around in our panel to simply upgrade the panel at the same time. So this was a pretty big job that took a few days. Mike's crew showed up exactly at the times they said --- no waiting around for hours with a big time range -- and did a fabulous job. Since then, I call them every time any of my clients needs electrical -- including some fairly big jobs such as panel replacement for a condo, which required coordinating with the owner, the condo association, and my other subcontractors. I've probably used them on 10 transactions now. Everyone that comes into contact with them raves about their work and how neat and clean they keep the work space and how friendly and helpful Mike and his entire crew are. They did it with cutting minimal holes in the walls and finished in a day. I liked what they did and called them back to add a 240 volt/50 amp circuit for the garage (for charging my new electric vehicle). They finished quickly and professionally. We spent around 4K to have our Electric Panels updated. We still have dead wall plugs throughout…read morethe house including the room where the actual panels are installed. Part of the bid was to replace a GFCI in my kitchen - that was not done. The labels on the new panels DO NOT match what they are supposed to be linked to. Trying to get them back out to finish what they were paid for has been a nightmare. When they did come back out, the wall sockets still were not fixed, and the CFGI was not replaced. Now the lights in my main room in the basement, as well as the outdoor light are out. So I know it is not a light socket that is bad, it is the whole circuit. I called and left a voice mail, again, but the message said they are booking out to February. I do not like giving a bad review, but I feel this is my only option at this point to try and get my issues resolved.
