Despite this, John answered my call earlier this morning and was at my front door before 2pm this afternoon. A loose wire in an outlet knocked out 1/2 the power in the house and John and Hunter had it traced down and repaired/replaced in no time, (for real under 20 minutes!) They were courteous and kind and reasonably priced! Also, I appreciated Shelley keeping me updated as to the timeline for their arrival as my situation was very stressful and involved a tight timeline for the repair! Open junctions, inoperable outlets and switches, questionable wiring, and unfinished projects: these are some of the trappings of owning an older home. Paul came out to do an estimate on our project. I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.

Eric never showed up, then kept making excuses about being busy and promising to be in touch soon, then stopped answering altogether and kept our deposit despite that he has done no work at all. I see that a year ago another customer reported a similar pattern for their project.

We made multiple attempts to contact him for updates on the installation but were repeatedly ignored; when he DID finally answer us, he provided no concrete information about our installation. Bryant may respond to this review by claiming he was seriously injured in an automobile accident which made it impossible for him to keep a work schedule. However, Bryant failed to meet the firm installation schedule provided in our agreement BEFORE his claimed accident. It also is important to note that Bryant apparently went on vacation BEFORE the accident and as the deadline for our installation neared.
