I had a leaking problem on my water heaters. It was so bad that it leaked through another floor. I solicited multiple plumbers to bid on a new water heater. Even though their price range was high on the phone, I invited them to come in anyway. Mr. Lue came in and diagnosed the problem. He asked very intelligent question, and researched the issue thoroughly. Turned out that I didn't need to replace my water heater. There was a small leak on the pipe that supplies the water to the water heater. Since the original builder didn't install a water heater pan, that grew into a big problem. It was a very good diagnosis. Overall, I save 400 dollars by replacing the pipe instead of a water heater. I recommend Alhambra Backflow / Lue Plumbing Service to whomever needs any plumbing needs.

I'm sorry, but that's deeply unprofessional, i get hundreds of texts per day aside from all day meetings/calls and your excuse for not contacting me (or setting up a time in advance) while onsite to do work was that you texted me? Maybe Freddy is going through some things, but not communicating, not setting proper expectations, and showing up to a site unannounced, doing work, and leaving without a word isn't a proper way to do business. Some didn't respond, others couldn't do the services, others still only did commercial products. Pro Backflow on the other hand was responsive, offered reasonable prices, and ample availability. During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

Comes in assesses the situation goes to his truck comes back with his snake and worked it out and was literally done and gone before 9:00am. But Joe S, again was very polite, respectful and skilled. He showed the black sludge buildup that he worked out and he cleaned under the sink and surrounding areas that had that back sludge from our plumbing attempts before the call. Before getting started, we talked for about 20 minutes and went over everything, and then Joe got straight to work. He did an excellent job getting my new tankless water heater installed and working properly. After that, Joe came inside to work on my shower valve.
