Otto and his team are outstanding! if there was a way to give 10 stars, would Otto returned my call the same day, came out and really worked to understand the best way to replace the very old water line from house to meter where we had a leak. Otto came back the next day with a quote, could get the work done sooner than another company I was considering. He and his team were here as planned, even texted me that they were on their way. Our landscaping had to be dug up and moved, rocks, gravel and plants, to trench the new line. They got the line in that day so we could end the leak and the meter spinning The next day, replaced all the landscaping beautifully, cannot even tell this was dug up! And while they were here, I asked Otto to work on my irrigation line that was doing that hard knock thing, fixed that as well! so very pleased! read more

Great job during my garbage disposal going out. Will definitely use again. Quick and fast. Showed up the same day.

Otto and his apprentice came out within an hour of my car and did a phenomenal job. They were honest, hard-working, a pleasure to be around, and very educating and informative. They fixed my issue and other issues that I didn't even call about and went above and beyond! They are from here on out my go to plumber! Thank you so much for helping me on a weekend! PS: They also are very dog friendly, and my dog who doesn't like most people loved them so that was a bonus! read more

I agree with previous ratings of Otto and his Plumbing Solutions crew. They were on time, efficient, knowledgable, informative, and, with great expertise, installed our new toilets and addressed other plumbing issues not originally in the work order. They left the work area very clean, as if they hadn't even been there! read more

Otto was responsive, kind, respectful, prompt and thorough! By far the best experience I have had working with a contractor. Honest and competent through and through! Will continue to do my business with this company. read more

Plumbing Solutions - Plumbing Near Me

It's harder than ever to find quality local technicians for repairs these days. They are all bought out by some national conglomerate that increases pricing and tries to gouge customers with unnecessary repairs and add-ons. Otto is local, easy to work with, provided an estimate based on hours of work needed, and did quality work quickly as scheduled. Can't really ask for more! On top of that he was willing to squeeze me into an extremely tight schedule knowing my household was without water until he arrived. He showed genuine concern, which is also rare these days! Fixed a busted water main quickly and effectively after immediately finding the leak/diagnosing. read more

Always a pleasure to support a local business that has quality, knowledge, and reasonable price.Otto and his team were excellent at replacing our water heater, removing old galvanized pipe and reinstalling Pex under our 1910 built house. Two thumbs up. It's nice these days to find a good business. read more

I talked with multiple plumbers after the water company told me I had a leak in my main line somewhere under my driveway causing my bill to skyrocket. Otto was the only one to offer a free estimate and show up same day. He was also the only one that didn't demand I spend $600 on leak detection before he would even show up. After looking at my pipe he gave me the option to do leak detection and a spot fix if I really wanted to, but warned me since it was 70 year old galvanized and rusted pipe another spot was likely to break again soon if I did that. He was totally right, after pulling the full pipe it was very brittle and a spot fix, while cheaper in the short run, wasn't the best call. It all needed to come out. The price he quoted was very fair compared to others and he even offered to run a temporary hose as a patch fix while I got the money together for the real fix. He was able to offer full service, not only fixing the pipe but also cutting a trench out of the concrete to get to the old pipe and replacing all concrete after. Really easy going and honest guy if I ever have a future plumbing need he'll be my first call. read more

Otto with PLUMBING SOLUTIONS does fantastic work! I'm a perfectionist so I tend to be critical of any work done for me. Otto installed a new faucet, hot water dispenser, instant hot water heater, water filter and garbage disposal in my kitchen. It was perfectly arranged. And the work was stellar. I've had him out several times to do additional plumbing and once again - Perfect! In addition - Otto is a gentleman and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him and PLUMBING SOLUTIONS! Almost forgot - we purchased a commercial duel fuel kitchen range and needed the gas line relocated. Called Otto and once again he did a quality job! read more

Plumbing Solutions did an amazing job replacing my main water line to the house and even extended the work and removed the old PVC portion under the house to ensure there will be no issues later down the line at no additional cost from the original quote, which by the way beat all other quotes by a large margin. They saw an issue and went the extra mile to correct it. That is the essence of a great company. And the person leading this is Otto who is exceptionally professional and extremely courteous. Were others fall short Otto went the distant to ensure the work was getting done at the highest standard and on time and being it is the main water line is something you cannot afford to be without for a long time. Otto made sure he not only met the time he said he would complete the work but even completed it sooner by 2 hours. YAY!!! This is my doctor for all things water in my house. Thank you, Otto and team!! read more

I like to support local, small businesses when I can, just as long as they offer a quality service and charge a fair price. Otto scores high on both of these and - as an added bonus - he's a delightful person who shows a genuine care about providing good service. He's competent, reliable, honest and funny, too. read more

Last week PGE unexpectedly shut off the gas to my house because of several leaks detected in the lines. Gratefully, Plumbing Solutions was available & quick to respond at the last minute. Otto & Adam of Plumbing Solutions were very knowledgeable, kind, respectful & easy to talk to. They worked well as a team, took time to assess the situation, to explain things & come up with a plan to fix the issues in the easiest way possible; though it was in no way easy with this old house. At the end, Otto took the time to check in with me via phone text, when PGE returned to turn the gas back on. He also made time to troubleshoot over the phone when PGE forgot to turn on the gas valve to the water heater. I'm so grateful to have the heat back on in the house & grateful to Plumbing Solutions for their expertise & care. With the new lines in I can already tell that the gas heating systems are functioning more efficiently & effectively. Thanks Otto & Adam! Thank you Plumbing Solutions! read more

My husband and I own an older home and rental properties that often need work or updates and Otto is our right hand man. He really does it all, from updating bathrooms, to changing out old piping and hot water heaters, to installing dishwashers, he's the guy we call when we need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Not to mention he shows up, often when we call him last minute, with a great attitude and a smile on his face. I don't know where our properties would be without his help! read more

Otto to the rescue again. Our water heater need replacing after it started leaking. He gave our concerns priority and quickly worked us into his schedule. He spotted some major issues with our setup (which I unfortunately knew the prior homeowner did a poor install). His superior work and professionalism shined again with exceptional details, providing constant communication ( shared receipts) and just a great attitude to match. Otto is top notch and an incredible work ethic. We highly recommend Otto and his business Plumbing Solutions!! read more

Otto tackled a tricky job for us replacing old shower and sink fixtures with new ones. He was quick, efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. We had an awesome experience with Otto from Plumbing Solutions, with top-notch customer service, including returning calls and available for emergencies in a timely manner, and explaining any issues encountered in layman's terms, and going above and beyond; for instance, when he removed our old toilets that had been set for many years, he took the time to scrub the grime that had accumulated on the tile under the toilets over the years before setting our new toilets. He also installed our touchless kitchen sink faucet and soap dispenser and had to move the air gap to the other side in order to accommodate the soap dispenser and touchless mechanism, and again scrubbed away, to spic-and-span status, the residual grime left behind over the years under the cover plate, as we did not want to install another plate with our new faucet.
