The office staff were kind and helpful and the crew that came out were equally so. I felt like they were honest and competent. I got a quote for a potential future project and they were about the same price as another company so I would definitely choose them for my next job! They were able to keep my coats lower than the other company though because they own their excavator vs most if not all other local companies having to rent so the bigger the job the biggest the price cut as a customer! They also cover the bank fee when customers pay with card (like the 3% card fee). Steven and Daniel were my service techs and they were very approachable, educational, and quick! I looked on yelp, read a few reviews came up with Scott Sears, I asked him for a quote he gave me a price and came out same day. Due to my error in description we had to reschedule for the next day. I need to add when I requested a quote from Scott, by default Yelp sent me quotes from 3 or 4 other plumbers. Some who gave me quotes that looked like todays date $6/22/2019, some were all over the place. What I liked about Scott was he was sure of his self/job and could quote a realistic price. I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole "it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said "for XYZ, I charge this." I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.

Our plumber (Matthew) was honest and explained everything he diagnosed and fixed. He finished the job and applied the diagnostic fee of $95.00 to the job. I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. Here is a picture of the sink that John left on these blocks. This was how he left it after telling me it was finished. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this rigged set up - he backpeddled and told me he could get leg extenders, however, he had truly hoped I would be o.k. with it the way it was left. Amazing.
