I own a commercial retail building in Newnan on Newnan Crossing Bypass. My large national corporate tenant notified me that the main sewer line was clogging repeatedly. The tenant had the line video inspected and discovered that the four inch pipe was offset where the sections of pipe connect. Their plumber also marked the area where the sewer line was located. I contacted a few plumbers including Wesley at Saw Plumbing. Wesley re- inspected the line with his own camera (to verify the problem), and he discovered that the location of the pipe that was noted by the tenants' plumber was not accurate, He identified and marked the correct location. He then called a utility line location company to make sure that there were no utility lines in the area that could be damaged during a repair. Wesley appeared to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Even the manager of the store noted that of all the plumbers, Wesley seemed most qualified. Wesley then provided a detailed and FAIR estimate!! More importantly, he noted that he could complete the repair in one day - including removing over 20 linear feet of concrete slab, excavating and repairing the pipe. He would even arrange for a concrete contractor to properly repair the concrete that same day. ALL IN ONE DAY!!! And he delivered on everything and then some!!!. He's a real pro!! He discovered that the wrong couplings were used which caused the pipe to sag at the joints. He replaced the section of pipe, used the correct couplings and property compacted the ground. Moreover, he completed the repair with minimal disturbance to the large corporate tenant, and CORRECTLY repaired the concrete with rebar tied to the old slab. I'm very grateful for Saw Plumbing. Owning property out of state can be challenging if you don't have quality and trustworthy local vendors. This certainly is not a problem for me in Newnan as I now have a reliable, reasonable and very qualified plumber. Thank you again Wesley and Stephanie. read more
