Great experience with this company. Good response and were able to clear a monstrous drain clog behind the wall in under an hour. Very COVID safe and careful. Highly professional plumber who really knew his business. They had to snake out the line to the main. Also Plumb Masters can do tunnel work if a pipe cracks in the slab. Many companies won't do this work. Luckily in my case that wasn't necessary. Reasonable charge for what they did. Would use again. read more

Oliver and Marco did a great job fighting through the challenges with my clogged main plumbing line! Gave me a thorough and detailed diagnosis of a larger issue and a well explained quote. Thanks guys! read more

Oliver and Chris did an outstanding job installing a toilet and the plumbing for a vanity. They were on time, professional, and even charged me less than quoted because one of parts they originally planned on providing was included in the box my faucet came it. Now that is honesty! I also liked the office communication including appointment confirmation! This communication provided me with confidence that I'd have a plumber actually arrive at the date/time window requested (yes, they arrived perfectly as scheduled!). I plan on using Plumb Masters again! read more

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn't turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I'm so thankful to have found this place! read more

I had a terrible experience with Plumb Masters. The head guy said the project would take 5 or more hours. Everything was a major ordeal when they were doing the diagnostic. Actually 1/2 hour of work and then 1 1/2 hours of waiting to turn off and on the water. Charged $932.00 Very unprofessional! The only thing that I see that we had in common with the positive comments is that they responded quickly. My honest, usual plumber was out of town. Should have known. The one star is the for the quick response . read more

They (Brian and Dustin) showed up on time, found my leak, and gave me an estimate for when the water damage remediation was complete. It was a shower pan drain in a garage apartment. I was fortunate to have them back within the week to fix the shower pan drain leak. Again, on time, on estimate. Very professional. Thanks!!! read more

I really wanted to like Plumbmasters, and gave them several chances. But, based off of the service I received, or lack there of, this review reflects my personal experience with them. I live way out in the sticks, so they charged me a 2x dispatch fee, which I was ok with because of all the glowing reviews, plus I didn't want to have to research another plumbing services company. I had them come out, the technician, Andy, and his assistant were friendly, patient and knowledgeable, writing down and taking photos of all the work I needed done at my place. I have a larger than typical property, with two houses and several out buildings with plumbing. The work ranged from relatively easy - switching out supply line valves and leaky hose bibs, raising shower heads, to more speculative remodeling questions- replacing a tub, moving toilet drains and moving a water heater. I think they left with two to three pages of work I wanted estimates on. Andy and his assistant were good and I don't have problems with them. After being beyond patient waiting for an estimate, about 3 weeks, I called a couple times asking about the status of the estimate. The second time I called, the woman (Tara?) that answered the phone knew from the caller id that it was me calling and knew I was calling about the estimate. She told me the guy, David, that works on estimates had just stepped out and would call me back shortly. This made me think that they hadn't even begun working on my estimate. To this day I've not received a call or an email - it's now been 5 or 6 weeks since I had Plumbmasters come out. Should I have to work extra hard to give a company my money? Should I have to prod them along to get stuff done? I think the amount of work required to get my estimate worked up intimidated them, or maybe they're just lazy? Who knows. The thing is, Plumbmasters would have had my business if they went through the formality of providing me with an estimate, as long as the cost matched what I was ok spending. It would have been several thousand dollars and several days of work, pretty lucrative for a business I would think. Since they ghosted me, and I'm a pretty handy guy, I've done some of the simpler plumbing things myself, though I would have preferred to pay someone, because let's face it, I'm also lazy. To add insult to injury, shortly after Plumbmasters came out, I received an automated email asking me to rate them on social media. I know that their reputation and their social media/ review standing is important to them, so this review will serve as a reminder to do better. Constructive criticism: If you're planning to no-quote a job, you should let the interested party know, so they can move on. Else if you wait for them to just "go away", they might leave negative feedback for all to see. Work on customer service skills. I've not received ANY correspondence or follow-up from Plumbmasters as to the status of the estimate since I first had you out. In closing, if you have a onesie/ twosie plumbing job, Plumbmasters are probably awesome. If you have a compound's worth of work, you'll forever wonder what happened to that one plumbing company you had out one autumn day. read more

I moved into a new building downtown and overtime the faucets would seize causing them to be almost impossible to turn on or off. I reached out to another plumber and they had no idea how to solve. This happened to a number of my faucets. When Mark showed up he asked if I had documentation, he reviewed it and when he attempted to remove the faucet found that the installer used a glue where there was supposed to be lubricant. This required the faucet to be destroyed to be removed. He installed the new faucet correctly and demonstrated how easy it is to service. Excellent communicator and very professional. Highly recommended. read more

There was a slight issue after the initial fix. Like a champ, they sent someone out the next day and had it covered under warranty. Really appreciate knowing that they have excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thank you! read more

The best plumbers in Austin, hands down! They have been extremely helpful and affordable. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing.

I had my stopped up drains cleaned out by Graham. He's such a nice guy; gave me tips on how to keep my pipes clean, was wonderful with my 5 month old puppy. He had a mask on the whole time he was here. I will request him if I have a need in the future. The lady in the office was very nice also. It was a pleasure to deal with this outfit. read more

They charged me $89 to do absolutely nothing. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they responded quickly, and they have nice people on the phone. I requested them out because I live at the bottom of a hill, and my grinder pump alarm was activated. You would think a plumber would bring the appropriate tools to fix such a thing, otherwise they would say they're not capable of completing the job. Instead, they come out, realize they can't access it because they need to pump sewage out. The two employees that came here recommended a guy that can pump it for me, and then they can come back and finish the work at a later time. $89 just to come out here for a total of five minutes and tell me that they can't do the work. Sounds like something they could've told me over the phone instead of sending someone out, and wasting my time and money. They made a quick and easy $89 off of me for a "dispatch" fee. Complete bull. Meanwhile, I can't use the water or toilet until that's completed, I don't think so... I called Rooter Man Plumbing, and they got out here in an hour. They said they could pump it using a transfer pump to see what was going on. They fixed it in an hour, and left. Should've called them to begin with. read more

Friendly and good service. We needed a new ball valve in the bathroom. Very satisfied!

Joe from Plumb Masters came out to help me on an emergency call when I stupidly broke my tub faucet handle and I couldn't locate my shutoff valve. He came as fast as he could and fixed the issue fast. He was very understanding of the situation and was very professional. I also appreciate the detail quotes he provided for other things while he was here. read more

Travis and Tino came out to my house this morning to check on some issues with my water flow. They were right on time, called 20 min ahead and were gone again within 20 min after they had addressed my situation. They were SUPER professional, friendly and seemed absolutely 100% trustworthy. They ended up not even charging me, as my issues looked like an anomaly probably caused by the City Of Cedar Park, as my water flow seemed to be in good condition when they checked it. They're on my list now, that's for sure. Straight up, no BS and obviously totally fair in terms of pricing. I REALLY appreciate how easy it was to get Travis and Tino on my schedule when I first called Plumb Masters. This is how it should be, but unfortunately that's often not the case with plumbing companies. So thanks again for awesome customer service, fair prices and a top-notch professional team all the way around. read more

Graham was amazing! Plumb Master fit me in the same day and the service was great!! Graham explained everything to me in detail and they are reasonably priced. read more

The worst customer experience I have ever had. We asked them to come out on December 26th which they did. They ran a few tests to identify where a leak came from in a wall. They basically threw some caulk on a gap, charged us, had us spend $825 to hire a company to dry out the area. When the area was dry and we used the tub again it turns our they hadn't fixed the leak. We had them come out again, and they said it was because the tub needed to be re-sealed. I then hired another plumber to assess the situation and they had it entirely wrong. Very disappointing, and I can't even get the owner/manager to have a discussion with me. I have tried to be reasonable and resolve the situation, but at this point, it causes is just too much time and aggravation. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs! read more

Plumb Masters completely redid my sewer line under the slab of my old house. They were very professional, courteous, and diligent. They are truly master plumbers! They were also very responsive to my burst pipe after Snowmaggedon! They provided good communication and support. read more

We were having some hot water issues. Called Plumb Masters, got the apt scheduled. Gage called 25 min before arriving, they were on time, actually early. Both Gage and Steven were very friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. They solved the problem and even helped me with one small handle issue on our tub. I would highly recommend Plumb Masters for any of your plumbing needs. Top notch customer service from the scheduling of appt. to finished job. Thanks read more

Great work by friendly and competent plumbers. Oliver and Sean showed up when they said they would, did the work and left the worksite clean. I couldn't ask for better service. read more

Our shower would not turn off, and we broke the handle in the process. We needed a plumber immediately, and after speaking with Jennifer, we were able to book our AMAZING plumber Graham! He put us right at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. Additionally, he wore a mask and gloves the whole time (and our dog loved him too). He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair quote. He gave us direction on where to acquire the new shower handle, in order to reduce the quote, and it was very easy to get. He got the job done in one hour! We are now part of the Plumb Masters family and will only use Graham and Plumb Masters for any future services. read more

I called to have my kitchen sink unclogged. They came out without a quote and quickly decided to charge the maximum fee. Cleaned the sink drain out, left and by the next day it was clogged again. They didn't do the job right and the sink was. CLogged again next day even worse. Plumb Masters does not stand by their work and refused to come out and do the job properly. They screwed me out of $200. This place is a ripoff. They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. Do not use this service. Worst ever! read more

Plumb Masters is the best experience I've ever had with plumbing work in my life by a long shot. For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work. Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible. He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater. I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars. Jay fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He then spent a ton of time explaining specifically what had been wrong with my system and how he had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in complete working order and not in need to a pricey fix. He didn't try to sell me or up-charge me on anything that I didn't need. If you want an honest plumber that does a great job, turn to Jay and the folks at Plumb Masters. You won't regret it. read more

Eric Jenkins and Roberto Cordero are awesome at what they do and with customer service. I had an issue with my heater leaking all over the place and they came out quickly and took care of it. They were super friendly and professional. They even recommended another company to come take a look at the water damage. I would absolutely recommend them! Update: Cody and Jordan came out today to fix an issue that needed to be resolved right away!. Without hesitation, they quickly took a look and give me a quote within minutes. After agreeing to the quote, they got on it and fixed it right away! These guys are truly the masters! read more

These guys did a great job replacing my old water heater. Could not have asked for more.

Clear scheduling, good communication. Came out and fixed a busted drain pipe under a bathroom sink and snaked the line. Guys wore masks the whole time and cleaned up. Fair price. I will call them again. read more

Oliver and Marco came to my house yesterday to unclog my guestroom toilet. They were on time for their appointment, polite, and professional. They took care of the clog quickly and were able to solve the problem without removing the toilet from the floor (which would have been more costly). They answered all of my questions and discussed routine maintenance issues with me. I can't say enough about these two and look forward to having them out again. read more

For a simple part replacement in a sink faucet that would take less than hour, they wanted $350. Refused to give ballpark on the phone. Said they had to assess. His assessment amounted to looking on his phone at a list of what costs what! read more

This past week I had an excellent experience with the service by Plumb Masters. About a week ago I set an appt for 3/25 to fix a stoppage in my master bathroom tub. I received a call on 3/23 in the afternoon to let me know a technician was available right then and could come by if I was available. YES, please! Sean arrived, assessed the issue, and set about fixing the stoppage. He even had to go get a part to replace something broken. Just great service! Sean was nice and went what I felt was above and beyond to make a run to Home Depot for a part at the end of the day. This meant he finished up without having to return the next day. Highly recommend and will call on them again when I need plumbing repair or installation!! Thank you again to Sean!!! read more

Plumb Masters were out within two hours to clear a blocked drain in our bathroom. They worked swiftly, and unlike many plumbers who leave a mess, they left our bathtub cleaner than when they arrived. Awesome! They were polite, and their fee was fair. We will definitely use them again. read more

We had Plumb Masters replace two toilets. Graham was on time and called in advance of his arrival. He wore a mask the whole time he was inside the house. I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results. They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes. Not too shabby. A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... WORTH IT! Thanks Plumb Masters! I will be recommending your business to others. Special thanks to the dude who did the work! I already forgot your name. Sorry brother! read more

I was referred to this company because I was told they have a camera that can detect leaks. I called up to make an appointment to have a leak check and the woman on the phone scheduled me for it. The plumber shows up and says he doesn't have a camera but that he would call his boss to see if he could get one to use. He spent some time outside on the phone with his boss, but then came back in and said he couldn't get one today. Then he tried to collect the $89 service fee, and I said I'm not going to just pay for someone to show up without the equipment for the service I booked. A couple of hours later the lady who I spoke to on the phone called up and tried to collect the service fee and she was on one. I explained the situation and said that if he had brought the equipment we could have done the service, but I can't just pay for someone to spend 5 minutes at my house telling me that he can't do the service. She rudely replied, "the 89 dollars is not for him to bring tools, it's for him to show up." Hahaha! If you like common sense and being spoken to politely, I'd recommend skipping this company. read more

Had a main sewer line stoppage needed to be cleared. The technican did talk to me about all the charges and fee and solve the problem. The issue is that within 15 days the same issue occur again. First the fee for this company is way higher than other plumbing company. The service call itself was 175$ and 410$ to clear the main line. I'm now getting quote from other vendor for 85$ service call and 270$ to clear the main sewer line. After it stopped working in 15 days, I called them and they refuse to provide any warrantee for the work. They then told me i would be looking at 1500-2000 to run a camera to look at the root cause or recommending dig up my sewer line to replace it. What the hell. This company is a blood sucking company with huge cost. Don't go with them. read more

Graham showed up and validated my concerns that had been initially ignored by my property manager! Both downstairs toilets in my house need attention and I had lived with the problem for 2 months. After his super professional evaluation, the homeowners problems ended up under warranty. Graham spent a couple hours of his time, allowed my virtual kindergartener to "help" and got my problem solved. My only regret is that he didn't get to do the work because I know it would have been done right! If the warranty clowns botch the job, I'm gonna pay Graham myself to come fix...
