We love Pluckers and were in the area so came to the grapevine location. We are pluckers members and go atleast a couple times a month- 10/10 do NOT recommend this location. You practically have to beg for service, and the manger walks around on his phone (if you do catch him looking up from his phone, he blankly stares at you). The other Pluckers we go to work as a team behind the bar, if they see someone needs something they step up- at this pluckers they all just kinda stand around and stare at you. We also told the waiter we were members at the beginning to make sure we got the points and she said she would input it at the end.. never did. Please expect a very long wait! On the plus side, you can get on the waitlist through the yelp app, track your place in line all from the comfort of your home! Wait was 45 min but once we arrived and checked in we waited at most 3 min. Had fried mozzarella (forgot the pic)- huge mozzarella sticks (but should be called)bricks....marinara was a little watery, but batter and cheese was super yummy!!! Entree was the honey BBQ salad served with black beans, corn and Tortilla strips- this salad was the perfect combination of flavors! Subbed fried chicken for the regular grilled and DO NOT regret it! Chicken had a little kick to it, and was Delish! Got to try the spicy lemon pepper wings and I still definitely be back again for those alone!!! Now I understand the long wait! Oh and word to the wise the maple Chipotle definitely brings the HEAT! proceed with caution! First time trying chicken wings and it was BUSY on a Friday night! I recommend joining the yelp waitlist to help your place in line before you get there. Our wait ended up being about 35 minutes. I read several reviews that recommended the fried Mac and cheese and I am a Mac and cheese LOVER and I wasn't impressed by this appetizer at all, it didn't seem fried hard enough and the Mac tasted like Kraft or some very low quality Mac and cheese. the chicken wings had good flavor and our server was nice enough to help us pick but the wings were so dry and tough and almost impossible to eat. After a less than stellar experience with Pluckers in Arlington, I was a bit nervous trying another Pluckers location. I'm glad we did, however, because bother our food and service were great. I'd highly suggest forgoing the wings and trying out their other menu items, as they are reasonably priced and quite good. My parents and I tried three different salads and each of them were great. I did have a wing and was still just not that impressed. Bobby, our server, truly went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. At no point did any of our drinks run empty and he was incredibly attentive! I'd be happy to return to this Pluckers location. read more

My wife and I came in at halftime of the longhorns game. We ate i had two beers, she had two margaritas. And as the game was going into overtime they denied us more drinks. Came to watch a couple games with my family & when my mom tried to order her 2nd beer, our server Ericka let her know (45+ min after we came back from the restroom) that she was cut off from ordering alcohol because someone threw up before we even walked in the restroom (someone was complaining about the stall as we were walking in) and they assumed it was my mother and/ or I because we were the last ones to leave the restroom. Not only did our server not make us aware of any of this immediately after this took place, but the manager (Bo) handled it poorly as well. They BOTH suggested we close out because the server was "not comfortable serving us anymore" and we could either have another server or sit at the bar to proceed ordering alcoholic beverages. Who would suggest that if you're ASSUMING someone has over consumed alcohol ...? Not to mention against TABC compliance. Overall a horrible experience & poorly handled by management. read more

I like the food here but the service at every pluckers location I've ever been to is terrible. It is very slow and nobody seems to care when something goes wrong. This time they didn't even bring our entire party's food out and after waiting 20 minutes for the rest of our food, we had them cancel the remaining orders. And it's very expensive for what you are getting. I'm pretty sure this is the last time I will eat at pluckers. I already tried to convince my party to not eat here because I knew it would be a slow and disappointing dinner and that was exactly what was delivered tonight. I visited this location on a sunday for dinner and joined the waitlist online which worked out perfectly since I didn't have to wait at all for a table. The service however, was very slow and inconsistent. I understand that they were very busy but we waited a while before somebody took our drink orders. We ordered only one 10 wing combo. The server said it shouldn't take long because it was only one order. We continued to wait for quite some time. We noticed that the table next to us was sat after us and got their order taken after us but still received their food and their check before us. We actually had 2 different servers which was odd as well. It seemed like they didn't have a good system of who was taking care of what tables. It was very hard to flag down our server and we ended up waiting a good chunk of time for our check too. In terms of the food, the wings are just as tasty as I remember them. We ended up getting the lemon pepper and bakers gold flavor. Both were delicious! I definitely recommend coming when it is less crowded as the service can be hit or miss. read more

The waiter never return after taking our drink order. I had to ask for manger to assist on everything. Then they brought out the appetizer with the dinner.
