We stayed at the hotel and came downstairs for a business dinner. We were a group of 4 and we had the BEST time here. Our server had amazing attention to detail and came around often to answer questions and grab what we needed. It was nice staying at the hotel because we could try all the seasonal drinks and not have to worry about driving. They were all amazing!! And great atmosphere here. It feels like an upscale lounge. The bar is swanky and cool as well. The food was amazing and they gave us nice sized portions.

i stayed at the connected hotel and came down to have a drink. the bar itself it a mood. it definitely gave the vibes that i was underdressed lol. but i wasn't prepared. i think this would be a nice little date night. i will start off with saying the drinks were good. i always feel when you order alcohol, its already going to the overpriced. but i did get "spicy" tequila drink (im sorry i dont recall the name) and a glass of reisling . i also order the halloumi, which was pretty tasty . i will say the service was great . everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I have been following Plough for about a year on social media. On a trip to Lancaster we finally got the chance to eat there. It was worth the wait. To start, the dining room was nice. Not over the top at all. The food was everything I hoped and more. The melon and buratta were a huge hit. The whole meal was outstanding. Finally our waiter couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. All I can say is if you get yhe chance...go.

Good and attached to our hotel!!! Great vibe at the bar at night too so that was a fun surprise !!

Good food and kind servers. The beef tartare had a delicious flavor, although I didn't love the texture. It was a bit tougher than I would prefer. The broccolini was definitely my favorite dish, it was savory and bright with a cream sauce. Atmosphere was very intimate and dimly lit.

We stayed at the Marriott and tried to go without a reservation, the wait was 45 minutes if we wanted a table. They had plenty of tables but maybe not enough staff? By the time we got in I wasn't very hungry so we decided to get some drinks and a few things to snack on. The service was great their timing was very good, the food and drinks were very good and the place is beautiful so we had a great evening. The price was good for its location I would recommend for someone staying near by.

The food here was great, very rich and filing. I got the mushroom lasagna and surprisingly got full half way through! The presentation was also super pretty and there was this delicious peppery tomato sauce on it surrounded by ricotta. Our server was super kind and apologized many times for the wait but we didn't mind since we were in town for a big event.

This is a decent bat at the hotel. The drinks were good and prices at hotel prices. The crab dip I ordered needed something. And I felt the focaccia bread was overly toasted. The bartender was nice.

Here for a trade show at the convention center so this was a quick and easy option a few evenings! Great service and both of my meals were delicious!

Hubby and I, on a weekend get-away, stopped here at our hotel for a nightcap and met my BBF (best bartender friend), Gabriel. He made me a take on a French 75 with a hint of cherry (OMG), a NY Sour with Bulliet Rye for hubby, and a Hugo Spritz with some gin to round out my night. All of our drinks were amazing. This place is the pace to go for real craft cocktails, and Gabriel is the guy to see if you want someone to just improvise. Tell him your vibe and he will create magic. 10 stars out of 5!!!!!

Located in the square, this bar is part of the Marriott Hotel in the beautiful old Watt & Shand building. It was a busy Saturday night & 4 of us lucked out with the last 4 bar stools. Shout out to Kevin who was great & kept us entertained. We just had drinks, no food, but enjoyed our visit.

But I already knew which oysters I wanted to order because I could hear easily from across the room the choices from another table. But within 15 minutes of our seating, they seated a table of eight loud people right next to us while the rest of the 100 seat restaurant was completely empty on a Tuesday. Confused me. I know for sure that I had put on my reservation that this was an anniversary dinner, but I guess that wasn't noted or important to this restaurant. That's OK it's our first visit. First impressions I guess aren't important. Luckily, I had a paper napkin in my purse, and I was able to wad it up and put it in my ears: that helped decrease the noise level. My husband is lucky for him very hard of hearing, and he just can turn down his hearing aids. Our dozen oysters were delicious; and the mignonette was very good. Again raising my hopes. My husband's "Cha Muy Buena" cocktail was tasty for him; alas there were not any interesting vodka martini variations for me and my dirty martinis were barely adequate over the course of the night--slightly soiled maybe. My husband was also happy with his hot lobster roll. For my anniversary dinner I was really looking forward to a nice steak but alas, I was not interested in paying $65 for 6 ounces of Waygu; so I settled for your Belvi bao bun rip-off, which was fine and by the time it came out, I was so hungry I devoured it. And then for dessert: I was so excited to get the cheese course because I saw you had the Humboldt Fog! And I figured you could not mess this up! And my husband loves a good port which he was able to order the Grahams 30 year (but wow? no 40 year ports? hmm) 30 minutes later: I mean, I guess you had to bake the bread to go with the cheese??? I can't imagine what else would take that long. Except again that you have one server for 100 seat restaurant on a Tuesday night and there's 35 people in it. I guess I need to plan my anniversaries on different nights. Or buy better fire suppression for Josephine's because I don't ever wanna give my anniversary up to anybody else again!!!!

Joining for dinner on a Thursday evening in July, here's my experience. 1) Food: The chef and pastry chef take their jobs seriously. I ordered the special- five jumbo shrimp with smoked garlic aioli. (They have cocktail sauce if you want it, but the garlic is phenomenal.) Before the main came out, the chef brought over the gazpacho using vegetables from his garden. The soup was thicker than I'm used to, but it paired perfectly with the vegetables. It was delicious! The scallops for the main were perfectly cooked and worked with the sauce in the middle of the plate and the green sauce on top of each scallop. Another winner! The lemon custard was refreshing for dessert. It's presented so well where you uncover more layers with each bite. 2) Drinks: They have a full cocktail menu with drinks named after famous people, wine, beer, and mocktails. Enjoying more sweet drinks, I ordered the "Marilyn Monroe." It was a fun drink, but a little too sweet for me. If you like berry and sweet drinks, you'll love it! 3) Service: It's excellent from start to finish. My server Tate was friendly, passionate about the menu, and efficient. His timing with everything was impeccable. 4) Space: It's beautiful. Despite on the basement level, it's lit well with photos of famous icons on the walls. It's iconic!
