After having contracted with another Zane and I discussed that he would have gladly bid those same materials. Lesson learned, I never thought to ask. Then in the course of 3 weeks the other company kept changing things up (like the deposit, time frame) and finding $3000 to $12000 worth of things they wanted to do extra. I finally told them to go away. At that point I called Zane again. He quoted me the same price as the other company, did the "extra" stuff for practically nothing and from the time I signed the contract with Legacy to the time my roof was completed was a whopping 5 days. The installation took all of 1 day. The roofers and carpenters were amazing. They painted the facia / siding repairs to match the house perfectly. They took great care in taking care of my home, yard and pool during the installation. If you'd seen the debris you'd think they'll never get all of that picked up, but they did. Legacy Roof TX is the best. I have a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier.

After that was heart valves at Medtronic's Global Healthcare, qualifying high purity gas lines at Motorola, aircraft fasteners at Honeywell Aircraft, and lastly at the Construction Division of Texas Department of Transportation. The point being is that I have seen a great deal of manufacturing during my career. My wife and I spent months researching/interviewing contractors for the major over haul on the multilevel deck on our house. Only one contractor stood out, JASB. In my thirty seven years of inspecting products, this company was deeply impressive. The owner, Audie, was very fast on his feet with revision changes. The construction was performed by craftsmen. Craftsmen are as rare as hen's teeth. Carpenters are bumping into each other. I watched this crew for thirty days from the windows and many times outside. They habitually checked plumb and square with a carpenter's level. They would 'dry fit' parts before attaching them. At the beginning and end of each day the lead man would ask me if I had any questions. The quality of work was astonishing. When the job was complete I watched them leave from inside the house and Renato stopped the truck in the street and walked back onto the driveway to pick up loose nails and screws. He let me know that hail had recently hit it and pointed out a few other issues, providing photos along the way. He explained in detail exactly what was going on with my roof and was very knowledgeable about hail-damaged roofs and the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. Knowing that there was hail damage, Paul didn't try to push me into filing a claim. Instead, he helped me weigh all my options so I could make the best decision. He even joined a three-way call with my insurance agent to make sure all the right questions were asked and addressed. In the end, I decided not to file a claim and instead move forward with repairs and a tune-up. I'll definitely be calling Paul again when it's time to replace my roof.

Got the new Samsungs and was super happy until... the dryer kept shutting off from a blockage. We called out a vent cleaning team who cleared it but then discovered that our dryer vent on the roof was not functioning as it was supposed to and was completely sealed off. We reached out to Mpact and they sent out Doug (love this guy) to come take a look. He determined that the vent was broken and needed replacing. We were put on schedule next day. My original roof lasted 22 years without the "modern ventilation"…read more Tx Traditions reroofed my house 5 years ago and cut a 3 inch slit along the peak of the roof all along the top of the roof and put a shingle cap along the cut. I recently I spent $1600 to get rid of squirrels in my attic and to close up their so called modern roofing ventilation screens. Their modern ventilation also allows leaf particles to enter attic. DO NOT allow them to give you the "modern ventilation". And make sure they place screens on the vent pipes to keep out varmints.
