Made an order to have Flooring delivered to have it installed and they were not able to deliver which occurs. however, they didn't contact me to tell me they couldn't do the delivery, I had to contact them and when I did I was told I needed to wait another hour so call back. I have to wait until it hasn't been delivered for another hour before they can talk to me about it not being delivered. Not clear on that one. No answers as to why they didn't call me to tell me they weren't delivering it. turns out they had it scheduled to go in a box truck and it needed to go on a flatbed, but again, they knew this at 7 o'clock this morning, and nobody called, nobody texted, nobody emailed. and then they argued with me about finding out where my order was even though their system showed that it wasn't being delivered today. now deciding whether or not I'm even going to go with this because after speaking with them, they said that the third party vendor doing the delivery will probably just put the pallet in the street in front of my house. Well, no, that's not going to work for me, I'm having chemo treatment on Wednesday so having them deliver it in a pallet and leave it on the street on Thursday isn't going to work. Don't know what I'll do yet, haven't decided. Just don't order delivery from them, purchase it and carry it home yourself only.
