The examination rooms and equipment were clean and the staff was very welcoming. It was easy to schedule an appointment and I like how many options there were regarding my contacts. They had a machine that takes a photo of the interior of your eyes that was not covered through insurance that I opted out of but was asked to do as a precaution. So after paying the extra $40 for the exam it turned out everything was alright. Overall, the staff was nice, the facility was clean, and there were a lot of glasses on display. I would highly recommend coming if you need an exam done. Be aware they're going to offer the additional $40 exam that is not covered through insurance.

After the exam they inform you that they do not take insurance for glasses. I complained, I raised my voice I did not use foul language. I did not wag my finger. I did not touch anyone. However, when I talk to MR Martin he did not call me by name. He stopped me in midsentence and advised me that he talked to his confident staff and they were doing exactly what they were supposed to do.?! He also Ibanned from the establishment. The staff had opportunity on the phone when I checked my insurance and made sure they took it, and in person to explain to me that they only took partial insurance. It became very apparent to me that this is NOT the first time MR MARTIN HAS HEARD THIS COMPLANT!!!

She currently sees three generations of my family (my parents, my wife and me and our children) and we ALL drive nearly an hour to visit her. Why? Aside from having bought hybrids :) we all fee like a part of her family. We feel important to her and the practice. They are truly the type of people that make a person feel welcomed and that they will go the extra mile for you. Frankly though, and most importantly, I trust the practice with the care of my elderly parents and my children. When I rescheduled with the glaucoma specialist and saw her in Nashville, she informed me that I was not losing my vision but that my prescription was not correct.
