They told me the owner would call several times. They told me the owner would call by noon. I was never called. They told me the owner would be back after 1 and 30 seconds later told me I just missed the owner. I didn't even bother to ask why the owner had not called me if the owner was just there. I asked for the proxy suit back, they asked "Why do you want it if it's not yours". Because I'm not going to let them do this again to someone else. I should have asked, "Why do you want it if it's not yours?" I asked for the cleaning fee back because it's not my suit (and I should not be charged and suit less), they balked. I took the suit and left without a refund. These people are careless, rude, and inconsiderate. They assured me they had contacted another customer to see if he had received the wrong suit and he said he had not. Why, to them, he's right and I am wrong boggles my mind. I'm certain they never bothered searching for my suit at all.
