A month ago my Silverado was involved in an accident, it required the replacement of 1 bedside, the back door and the cab corner needed repair. My truck is my baby and the thought of a poor repair was my greatest fear. I've seen work done by many of the large production shops and didn't want my truck hacked together by a shop rushing my truck in/out with time as their priority. Ultra Collision repaired a truck for me in 2002 and I was beyond pleased but knew the chances of the same people working there were slim. Turns out Steve still owns the shop and I actually told him upfront that I returned because of the experience I had in 2002 the difference being I really like this truck and I needed to hear from him that his shop was still able to put that kind of work out because I love this truck and intend to keep it a long time. I told him quality of work was my priority over getting it back soon. He said no problem so I dropped it off the next week. Turns out the Chevrolet door was on factory back order and the dealership sent 3 bedsides out each was damaged in the box. Steve called me to make me aware of the situation and because I told him I'm a bit anal he didn't want to repair a new bedside and planned to wait for a good one. I stopped by to see the new/damaged bedside and the dent was smaller than a door ding. He told me fixing it wasn't an issue but wanted my approval. A door was found out of state but this meant the original completion date was pushed back 3 days. Steve's shop was packed with work and I had a planned vacation so I told him to push my truck aside if need be and I'd pick it up after my vacation, again I told him I wanted it done right so I was in no hurry. I picked the truck up Friday, as I looked it over I found that 2 dents in areas not associated with the accident had been repaired, I asked what I owed him for that and he wouldn't take anything. The color match is perfect and the workmanship was spot on. I've attached pictures, because I asked Steve I wanted to see the process and these are the pictures he sent. I 100% recommend this shop, as it turns out 1 of the guys in the shop told me Steve had personally worked on my truck. I appreciate his way of doing business, he under promised and over delivered. Thanks Ultra Collision.

There was a huge parking lot in the back, so parking wasn't an issue. They had indoor and outside seating. We ordered the following: Peanut Passion- Richly marinated grilled lean white meat chicken, fresh stir fried veggies smothered in amazing peanut sauce Mi Dang- Red BBQ pork, yakisoba noodles, seasoned sweet sauce, sprouts, bokchoy, HB egg, peanuts Mu Yang- Guys pick! Juicy savory pork skewers with sticky rice and green papaya salad. Everything was good! I really wanted to try the dish that said it was Thai hot and no refunds, but I was overruled lol. We were not impressed. I ordered them crispy style, they were not. The wrappers were like a firm ravioli texture, and the filling was a rather dense & chewy sausage. I had the Mu Yang, which is noted to be the dish Guy Fieri from DDD had. Received 3 good sized skewers of grilled pork, a nice portion of sweet sticky rice, and papaya salad, a green sauce was provided for dipping. This was delicious! I ordered level 2 spicy, there was room for more Thai flavor. Thai iced tea was fine, server was very good, sound level was awfully loud, due to low, hard ceiling. I would return, everyone enjoyed their lunch specials which are a good value.

UPDATE 2026…read more Bluewater is our new favorite seafood restaurant. We went last Wednesday for HH and the bartenders are a fantastic team. They run a very professional bar. The service we received from them was next level. The kitchen did a great job too. I got the fish and chips with walleye. It was flaky goodness paired with crisp and salty fries. I washed it down with a couple smoked old fashoineds. We left with a satisfied smile.

The Spanish octopus was alright. The clam chowder was flavorful and not too salty; definitely made it into the top three clam chowders I've had in the state so far. For our main entrees we ordered the New England lobster roll and the gemelli pasta with shrimp and scallops. The lobster roll was flavorful but felt like it was missing something. The gemelli pasta tasted a bit bland for my taste buds, but the family member I went with really enjoyed it. Since we always have room for dessert, we ordered a crème brulee to share. The crème brulee was nice and not overly sweet. Overall, service was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is quite spacious with nautical décor throughout which gives off a comfortable and relaxing vibe.

The chunks of meat are generous and I've never bit into anything wierd (that's a deal breaker for me) and the broth is nice and thick. I'll rip a chunk of the perfectly fried, but not too greasy bread and dunk it into that fabulous broth and it emerges perfectly coated, getting soaked up by the little fried crunchies. And don't worry about it ever being soggy, you'll never leave it on your plate long enough for that to happen. Once you taste that first bite you won't talk to your friends, or check in on your phone, or even wipe up your kids spills until every morsel has been consumed. I'm telling you this dish will change your life. Just don't be thwarted by the jerk outside selling jewelry. He's unpleasant and obnoxious, and he has a nasty mouth. I did some research and found Fry Bread House on the way to the airport, a James Beard award winning restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I could only eat half and took the rest with me. It didn't travel as well but it still tasted good. If you are in the Phoenix area, make a stop here. I checked us in for our reservation and the hostess welcomed us in, then promptly took us to the table that had been beautifully prepared for our dining experience. She asked if the lighting was too dim, but it was perfect. Every staff member was dressed neatly and welcomed us as we walked by. No staff members were running around frantically, and I could tell they are staffed amazingly well. So organized and kind, genuinely smiling at us. I could tell that anyone would be willing to help us, if we needed them! Our waiter, Daniel, came over and again, welcomed us. He let us know the specials of the night and how dinner will be served. Let us know not to touch the 500 degree plates when they arrived. He took out drink orders and answered any question we had. He promptly came back with drinks and fresh, hot rolls!! Daniel took our dinner orders. We all sat and visited while waiting, enjoying our drinks and the hot rolls. Dinner was served on, as promised, hot plates!! Then, they served each of us the crème brûlée corn. All of us that ordered meat, asked for medium rare and we were not disappointed!! Our meats were spot on!!! Perfection!!! The petite filet mignon were very juicy and delicious, as was the New York strip. The Crispy Hasselback Potatoes were so good, especially with the topping. The Crispy Shrimp Deviled Eggs were so good!!! I feel like our meals were simple yet divine!! After we enjoyed dinner, we were served the Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake, on the house!! What a nice touch!! So yummy and it felt guilty eating such a fabulous dessert!! We all shared it! All in all, I wish I could give 10/10 stars!! Such a wonderful dinner experience!! I can't wait to go back!!!!
