Reilee was very patient with me and my decision making, she had no issues changing the size of my original stencil as I wanted something smaller last minute. She made cleanliness and Sanitation one of her biggest priorities which I greatly appreciated. She had such a light hand so the pain was not as bad as I heard it was gonna be. Since then I've gotten several more tattoos only from this shop and only from Reilee. The other artists appear very talented, professional, and friendly as well. Saw this shop was open and the first impression was already great -- they were very nice on the phone and was more than happy to provide pricing and wait time information. When getting there, you're greeted by the staff and you just tell them what you're looking for. Tattoos take appointments, but piercings are walk-in. And the good thing is they are opened late so if you're wanting something in the middle of the night, they got you. I had to wait a little bit since there were people ahead of me, but once it was your turn, it flied by and it was super quick. ALWAYS ask your questions during the piercing to ensure you have proper aftercare. Since the piercing goes by quickly, they usually send you off quick too. But always ask about the healing time and any solution you can use to clean it -- the staff was more than happy to provide that to me. The piercings were also very affordable even with tip being applied, it did not break the bank! The only downside is that the parking around the area is slim, but walking isn't too bad! Let me tell you about the absolute best tattoo experience I have ever had. I went to Dany for my…read moresixth tattoo, honoring my husband who passed away nearly three weeks ago. I wanted a tattoo with our fingerprints together in the shape of a heart with his EKG reading the hospital gave me. The first time I went, Dany and his team spent an hour just to make sure they could get a good imprint of my ringer finger. We tried several ways but none of them came out well. Instead of just making do with what he was able to get, he suggested putting it off in order to make sure I got a good imprint. He had no guarantees that I would be back, but he rather lose the money than give me a bad tattoo, especially given the purpose of it. But I did go back last night with everything ready, and he spent well over two hours crafting the tattoo, making sure it was what I wanted, that it looked good, and that it was positioned well. He even got my daughter involved in the conversation and sought her opinion, making her feel included. He wanted to be absolutely sure that it honored my husband as I wanted. Then we got started and talked the whole time and it wasn't nearly as painful as past tattoos have been. He is a wonderful human being who really cared about his job and making people happy with his art. I've never had a better experience getting tattoos and if I ever wanted another one, or when my kids are ready for one, there will be no reason to look at anyone else in the area. Thank you Dany. He joked about looking forward to a quick and easy tattoo. We went over the sketch I brought and he recommended how to make it better while still keep what I had in mind. The shop was clean and inviting. The pricing was extremely reasonable. The only negative is the parking. The parking lot is very small and there are a few nearby businesses that also use the lot so be prepared to circle a few times and possibly walk a bit.
